Definitely an old diner feel with the environment and the food. We called in to go and they were kind to let us still eat it there and even made sure we had a drink. We were on our way to Dallas and this was a quick easy stop for a burger.

You want to experience what down home Texas hospitality is like? Come on down to City Cafe! The atmosphere is friendly, homey, and welcoming. The service is outstanding! The staff were truly helpful, accommodating, and genuinely happy that we came in. That's hard to find these days. The food was DE-licious! I had a breakfast burrito with sausage, egg, cheese, and potato. Fresh, tasty, and not greasy at all. I noticed that my food as well as my husband's food was not over cooked either. That's exactly how I like it. My husband got eggs fried over medium, hash browns, sausage patties, and a biscuit with gravy. He loved his food and his coffee was hot. If you are in the area, pay City Cafe a visit. Don't let the name fool you though. It may be in the city, but it's a flavor rodeo for your mouth! ?
