My pizza was not completely done tonight. My ranch dressing was put in the box and was opened so it was on the pizza when I opened the box. You shouldn't put ranch in a closed hot box.Disappointed.

Cleanliness is really poor tables were dirty no place to sit and everything was sticky we had to ask to get a table cleaned off, foods good, service is nice but the interior was trashy and sticky and slimy

Traveling with Family we walked in at 9pm and noone even acknowledge our presence. After a bit a lady came to counter looking confused at us being there. I asked if we could eat in.....she said..."um no cuz it's 9:10 and we close at 10." ......um what?

Absolutely terrible service, my order was supposed to be ready by 9, went to pick it up at 9, was told it would be 15 mins. At 9:03 Im driving home and called to see If maybe they would deliver it so I don't have to drive back up there.... The same person that told me it would be 15 minutes, informed me my pizza is now ready at 9:03. Not sure how we go from my order was not started to it being done in 3 minutes. Ask to speak with the manager, Lillian was her name. Terrible phone etiquette. Proceeded to tell me that they were behind 10 orders but mine was done. I asked why I was told it would be 15 minutes, She informed me that Carry out is 15 minutes. I told her I understand, however, I placed an order at 8:45 and received an email stating it would be done at 9:00. Then I was told my order wasn't started so it would be 15 minutes. She said I'm sorry they told you wrong and it's done now. I drive back up there get my pizza, and when I arrive the drive through is 5 cars long. I finally get to the window get my Pizza and asked for my receipt, which they lost, so they had to go find it. I pull over to the parking lot to check my order and it is wrong... It's now 9:30, and I pull to the front of the store to take the pizza back inside and the doors are locked, lights are off, and the chairs are on the tables (which is why the drive thru was so long) I get back in my car drive through the drive-thru. I told Lillian my order was wrong and I just wanted a refund at this point she said I could keep the food ... I then asked why are the doors locked when y'all close at 10pm and it's 9:30? She didn't answer me and just apologized for my order being wrong and refunded me with cash ... I paid with card. Finally got home at 9:50 to eat now cold Pizza. Iowa Park Pizza Hut has lost my business.
