This Taco Bell is freakishly good! I had a chicken taco with actual red cabbage on it, and the bean burritos were nice, soft, and fresh.

Employees don’t wash their hands after going to bathroom. They also like to sit around and not help anyone. Took one hour to get food. Employee came out of bathroom with dry hands and the sink was dry.

When I went to order my food I asked for the nacho fries that were on the menu and was told that they didn’t have them . I then asked for a quesorito she didn’t know what that was so then I asked for a crispy chicken taco then was told they stopped serving those. I was so disappointed and just ordered a steak grilled burrito and some other items. When I tell you that steak grilled burrito made me forgot about my problems. That warm bite in my mouth just twitched something inside of me and made me smile for the first time in 4 years. It tasted like freedom with love and bravery and that is what America is about.

Better than most Taco Bells, but still Taco Bell! Update-this TB has gone way down hill!!!
Took about 3 minutes standing at the register while they were all standing in the back laughing and dancing before I finally called out to them and they seen me. If they would have spent that same time cleaning the bathroom instead of partying in the back then maybe I would pee in there instead of wanting to pee outside on my tire. Entire place was dirty, tables, floors in the lobby and even behind the counter.
Skip this one and go anywhere else.

I remember this like it was yesterday, but when ordering my bf asked if the chicken grilled cheese burrito was $3. Samuel the cashier at the time said yes it was, so tell me why the receipt says $6.29. Also my bf asked for 2 beef chalupa supremes, but you guys gave him chicken. Note: The chicken grilled cheese burrito was not edible...

I’ve really tried to give this Taco Bell the benefit of the doubt, but every visit ends in frustration. They are always out of food items, especially any new or featured releases. I understand that stock can be limited, but it’s ultimately the responsibility of management to ensure enough product is ordered.
What makes it worse is that when I reach the window, I’m told “we’re out of that, but we can modify it,” and the modifications are never good—they end up tasting terrible. If something is unavailable, it should be removed from the digital menu boards or mobile app (McDonald’s does this!) and at least have a note posted, rather than letting customers place an order and be disappointed at the window.
On top of that, they frequently get my order wrong, even when I use the mobile app. That part is especially frustrating because it defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead.
At this point, the food quality is consistently poor, the service is unreliable, and the overall experience just isn’t worth it.

Wish I could review the food but the services sucks so bad I still don’t even know. Ordered over 20min ago on the app and it was supposed to be ready over 10min ago, no food or word. After waiting up front for a few minutes, we finally got someone’s attention and they said they gave our food to someone else and have to remake it. Still waiting. No kind of recourse given for their mess up. Even for Taco Bell, this is terrible. I think it’s been 30min now for a simple order.

Stopped here on the way out and in from our road trip and regretted it both times. My husband’s burritos were so loose he had to hold them together. The quesadillas were bunched up into a ball and barely cut. Today I got half a quesadilla bc the other half was empty. It wasn’t even busy as we were the only customers in line. It’s like they just throw orders together as fast as they can.
Food is garbage. This location in Altus never gets your order right. 4 dollars for a taco that cost 38 cents to make. Reyes tacos down the street makes street tacos and they are 5 for 12. And they are made from actual food. If your eating here is habitual from child hood.

Employees sitting around while we had to put our order on a kiosk 6ft from the counter. Food is cold and not correct. Probably worst Taco Bell we have ever been to
