Mid range rating due to the espresso latte tasting more like syrup and water then espresso. The wings were great though. Most of these places need a remodel as they are showing their age.

I would like to start off with customer service not good at all. Server charged me for drinks and food that I didn’t order she just brought me the tab and didn’t bother to give me a receipt. Brought it up to there attention and waited over 10 minutes for a receipt, after I noticed all the extra food items I went ahead and spoke with them all they could say it was that they got confused with table on the back (there was nonody sitting on the back) and that I would get refunded back. this was on 01/16/25 I have not received anything back. BE LEERY WHILE GOING OUT TO EAT AT THIS PLACE BE SURE TO ASK FOR TAB BEFORE PAYING.

This was my first time eating at Chili's, and I probably will never return. Unfortunately, everything I ordered was cold, and the chili con queso appetizer was so salty. I ordered a burger, the meat was burnt and it was also cold. The only good thing I had was a margarita. The service the night we went in was extremely slow due to the fact that there was only one waitress. The waitress was extremely apologetic about the food not being served at a proper temperature. She did her best when it came to customer service due to the fact that she was working alone.

I just know that White lady with the hoops is carrying this Chili’s - she’s an absolute sweetheart and I loved her service. Food took a while but it was full house. Also not sure if this is a franchise-wide thing or just a management-wide thing but the fluorescent Walmart lighting is horrible :( ruins the whole Chili’s atmosphere personally.

We got greeted by a wonderful man named Jason. He was not only nice but very professional and very well spoken. He took care of all our needs. My aunt in law had issues with her gift card that kept declining. An out of an act of kindness that is rare now days. Jason paid for my aunt in laws meal. Gave her back her gift card and said save it for next time. That simple act of kindness not only lightened our visit. It showed my 4 year old daughter that there's still kind hearted people out in this world. He also did a good job making my daughter feel very special as today was her 4th birthday. Shout out to Jason!!. If it was up to me I'd give that man a raise or an award!. We will be coming back for many times more!.

Honestly I don't even wanna give them one star cause they don't even deserve that, well where do I start I ordered on Uber eats it was my first time ever trying the triple dipper anyways I call after I placed my order jus to make sure I had the correct sauce only to be put on hold for 3-4 mins w/o any explanation then I called back the to go order guy was rude so when I finally received my items after waiting for what felt like more then one hr my food literally came cold presentation was off and guess what it wasn't even sealed actually it was open so that means someone could have possibly tampered with my food right b/c what person in they right mind delivers someone food w/o sealing it, you guys are truly the worst thank you cause I will definitely never come back here EVER!
