The lady at window needs to improve customer service. The guy at the back corrected the simple concern. She literally thought it was ok to serve me a chicken leg the size of my thumb ???

Looking for fast food you would over look this location as any other chicken spot, but that’s where you are wrong I was met by a pleasant surprise as this location was very clean inside and feeling welcoming, the servers and kind courteous and attentive. As an employee working for churches.My personal experience was horrible as a 16 year old, i only worked for 1 week in total and end up quitting because my own mother had to go to the restaurant and give a complaint to the main person who own the restaurant and even went in tears on how the manager(Jackie) talks to me like if am her kid.. on that same day I told my manager a little bit about me, and the nexts time I show up at work, right when I open the door, the manager was done talking to her boss, and came up to me and said "so some how the restaurant knows about the info you told me and to let you know to not speak about it no more, me and (person who owns churches) had notice this, have you been telling your info to anyone else?" I was very upset when I ONLY told this to my manager just to open up to her a bit, turns out she gossip about the whole situation about what I told her about my self and what happened with my mom to her boss as they was besties, so I wouldn't recommend buying or applying here. P.s the manager is so called "strick" for her sassy attitude. P.s also wanna say the manager (Jennifer) is very sweet nd best role model.

I got a Refund ! Saddly, the chicken was overcooked very badly. Chicken had dried hard spots on dark meat. Disgusting .While I was there waiting for my order, they ignored the Chicken fryer Done Alarm 3 times hitting the snooze button . That means all their chicken is way overcooked.Maybe if the manager would stay off her cell phone texting things would be way better.With this attitude their next inspection may get failed and they will have to close this location like all the others.
