I told the woman with black hair that I wanted limited 2 pink donuts with sprinklers and limited 2 chocolate donuts with sprinkles. I even pointed out what donuts I wanted but she ended up getting me a box and getting my donuts from where all mixed donuts area and started to tell me that I needed to get 2 more to fill the 1/2 dozen donuts. I was very confused because I only needed 4 donuts. As you can see in the photo one pink donut looked horrible with no sprinkles and the donuts were not soft at all they were stale. I am surprised because yesterday I went to get that special limited valentines donuts and they were soft and tasty. I am not coming back for a while because the lady doesn't understand what I wanted. I even spoke to her in Spanish because that's the only language she answers me back .
3rd time here at 630am and donuts are never warm. Always cold. Called the manager, he advised its because the are a smaller location so they are hardly ever warm and hot. Will not return to this location.

To be honest, I always like to stop by this place, I always see a short girl, she always helps me to know what to choose, she always recommends something since I never know what to buy, I donāt know about you but I always receive good service and that makes me want to go back ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø

Last time I go to this location, the donuts were almost hard like days old.My kids and I walked in the place was empty the employee there didnāt ask how she could help us nor welcomed us in.She didnāt speak no to one word didnāt even ask what kind of donuts we wanted it was almost like she dead. My kids and I smiled she just looked at us like we were stupid.I asked if they had milk she did not reply just walked over took out the milk and put it in the counter. I paid for our items and I asked if it went through cause I was confused on the machine she still said nothing didnāt even hand me the receipt just threw it in the counter and walked away. No bye, no thank you, no come again, zero nothing. If she hates her job just say that and go find another job, my kids are 8 & 6 they even asked why was the lady so rude and didnāt speak when they told her what they wanted I told them some people are just miserable and we wouldnāt come to this location anymore.I didnāt get her name but the user name but on the receipt said it was Mendoza.
