I came here employee didn’t appear to be happy. I got cookies here and asked for them to be warmed they were hard and broke my braces bracket. Lady stated I wanted it warmed correct but they were hard n caused damage to my braces

I made on online order. My app had the wrong location. I tried to cancel. After getting nowhere on the app as it froze i called the store. The manager refused to give me a refund and my food stayed there. I asked for assistance on getting delivery at least and she said no. No refund ! No food! I tried customer service numbers but they all make u call the store.
