I made on online order. My app had the wrong location. I tried to cancel. After getting nowhere on the app as it froze i called the store. The manager refused to give me a refund and my food stayed there. I asked for assistance on getting delivery at least and she said no. No refund ! No food! I tried customer service numbers but they all make u call the store.

Do NOT order here from Ubereats or anywhere. Consistently, without fail, they will never listen to directions. Always not toasted. Always ignores the items added or removed. This last time I did not even get the right bread! If you order here, Go in person where they MUST listen to you!

Came in to get a salad with my daughter and both employees went to the back…. They didn’t even give me one second to tell them what i wanted. I guess the empty store had them busy
Arrived at 8 before going to work and it was closed. I decided to wait for a while but I had to wait 20 minutes. Please fix the operation hours if y’all will not be open by the time provided. I enjoy picking up my subway for lunch that way I already have my food with me and don’t have to go out during lunch. Once again fix your hours or make sure it will be open and ready to served by the time provided.
