This chicken express is a joke, the people who work there are terrible and not at all trying to do their job, I assume there's no management present, the food is not good, and the service is absolutely terrible

This Chicken Express in Jacksboro has become our regular stop when we visit Fort Richardson State Park! This was our second visit, and it was fantastic. The chicken is always delicious—perfectly cooked and flavorful. We were feeding the whole family (me, my wife, kids, and grandkids), so we ordered a family meal. The price was very reasonable for such a large group. While we got our food for takeout, I noticed the restaurant was very clean and well-maintained. Just as important, all the staff were very nice and friendly, providing excellent service. Everyone was satisfied with our meal. It's the perfect, easy dinner after a day at the park. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful experience! My catfish, slaw and hush-puppy's was SO delicious! Other special food was chicken livers, chicken tenders and corn nuggets 😋 Yum! Sweet Ice Tea the best!!

Went through the drive thru to order dinner and the lady taking our order was disrespectful towards us. We thought she was asking us to repeat our last order because she couldn't hear us. All she kept saying was "What else?" Until she raised her voice and asked again in an attitude way like "And what else?" Instead of asking "What else?", you could've said "Yes Ma'am, I heard you. Is there anything else I could do for you?" Like any other restaurant or fast food chain. She was very very disrespectful and it really caught my cousin and I both off guard. The employees need better training.
