I stop here almost every time I go through mineral wells. Tracy waits on me every time. She's smiling and friendly!! The food is always hot and the fries are cooked and lightly crispy, no wimpy fries here. I just wanted to give a shout out because l eat a lot of fast food on trips to see my mom. It's great to know it is always good and dependable at this location. Thank you!

Stopped in on a road trip to use the restroom, decided to grab some food. Asked for ranch and they wanted to charge EIGHTY ONE CENTS. Y'all that's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. So. Bring your own ranch if you eat here or just walk to sonic and get some for FREE!!

Received the order and the fries were old and stale. When I asked the staff to give us fresh fries, the cook in the back took the bag, mumbled something under her breath and threw the bag across the kitchen. The new fries were much better, but overcooked. Lots of attitude. The place is dirty as well.
This is an embarrasment; For $15 this is what we are serving for chicken strips these days? I'm better off getting gas station chicken, itd be cheaper and better quality...The fries were the only saving graceIts a real shame that the first time i've been to a DQ in over a year.....gives me a very bad impression of the brand as a whole at this point....and I grew up on DQ

We got the Steak Finger Basket, probably the worst fast food meal I have ever had. We threw most of it away . Got hot fudge Sundae for dessert and it was OK.
