Heard all the hype about the burgers here, on YouTube and burger books but didn't live up to it. Burger was good but not great as the hype. I do recommend for a quick bite if in area.

Food was not bad but not good. The HB meat was out and sitting in a glob on the cool side of the grill. We are hoping it wasn't there long. No salt & peper or any other seaonsing. The patty was very thin, which with no seasoning was not a bad thing. Staff was unfriendly and didn't seem to speak much English.To address the owner reply: they spoke as little to us as possible. Took our order, no smile, or pleasantries at all. Just what do you want and your name. I asked for a restroom and she didn't look at me just pointed and said on right. The mound of meat on the grill was cut in half and pressed down to make 2 patties. If they salted it when it was put there they did not use much. I personally like thin patties but had never had one that thin but that's a personal preference I'm sure.My husband and son have eaten there in the past and had a very different experience.
