Everything me thinks go to this sonic no matter the time or how busy or slow it is the tots are never hot they are barely lukewarm. The burger this time was at least warm and the fountain drinks are not fit to drink they smell and taste rusty.

All one star, don’t order your meal online unless you like to wait 30 minutes for your “fast food”. Service gets a 3 star because I understand the lack of employees. If you order on the app just add 30 minutes to whatever your expected time is.

Couldn't hear person on speaker but you could hear the loud person talking next to him... didn't know who was talking to who... food tasted like the grease hadn't been changed in months.. over all experience sucked.

Food was not very great. Hardly any vegetables on my burger and a ton of mustard. When unwrapped had a picke and mustard on the top. Husband's smash burger had hardly any sauce. Fries abd tots were hot or I would have given a 1 star Not a good experience at all. We only stopped here cause we were passing thru

Carhop told us the garlic butter bacon burger did not come with onion after asking for no onion. It had onions on it when we got it. Wait was longer than should've been. They were all laughing and joking when we ordered. My husband's ultimate breakfast burrito didn't have any cheese on it.
Went to sonic today and tried their new coffee. And had the best coffee I’ve tried in a long time as well as the most crispy onion rings I’m so grateful thank you sonic gods

I received my drink, took one sip, and immediately wanted to spit it out. It was meant to be a diet dr pepper, but tasted like it was half diet and half regular. It had a horrible aftertaste like chemicals. The evening shift does so much worse than the morning shift and that shows in how bad the food and drinks are. The chicken is usually crunchy instead of nice and soft, the pretzels are skinny and small, the drinks are always messed up, and the French fries just taste different. Do better. I used to love eating here.

Waited, waited, waited for button to be answered. This has to be the slowest Sonic to answer and take an order that I have ever been to. Management needs to get a handle on this. And there were only a couple of customers there. Ridiculous

Worst sonic I have ever been to. Sat there for 20 minutes after pressing the button multiple times. My boyfriend had gotten out and went to the walk up speaker and patiently waited another 10 minutes and still no one came on.
After seeing probably 10 cars come through, order and get their food witching a couple of minutes of pulling in, my boyfriend went to a speaker someone had already been to, they answered, but he still waited on a single grilled cheese (that ended up being burnt) for almost 10 minutes while cars continued to pull in and receive their orders within a couple of minutes.
The girl who brought out the food was very very nice, though. That’s the only positive thing about our 45 minute experience.
