Went through the drive-thru. Customer service at the window was great but please tell the kitchen to stop burning the damn Impossible Whopper patties. It tastes so gross burnt lol. I mean honestly y'all can really throw them things in the microwave, just read the directions. You don't need to overcook Impossible meat, it's not dead animal meat, nobody will die if y'all undercook it accidentally but please stop burning it.

Well, today, I went to Burger King to buy lunch for the family and bless her heart. There was only one person in there one running register, cooking the food taking orders. Lady had tears in her eyes. I wanted to do a takeout, but there was like eight or nine people in front of me and she was the only one there. I don’t believe it.

After the football game we went through the drive thru sat in the drive thru for about 15 mins. We drove to the window and saw the Employees arguing. It’s ridiculous we pulled off.

I just got a Diet Coke there today. This place is never up to par. Went to McDonald’s first at 10:45 am and cars were rapped around the building. Went over to Burger King and there was one car up at the window to pay. I waited 7 minutes to order my soda. Soda cost me $3.08. That is almost double the price of McDonalds. Then it was weak. It is such a shame. I love Burger King food but this location always has something wrong…out of products, extra slow. You go to the first window to pay and the make you sit there and wait till someone waves you forward to pick up your food even if there is not a car there so you don’t run the wait timer up. They are always short staffed. I hear horrible stories about how the manager treats staff.

Everytime you go thru the drive it takes forever for order to be taken. And twice as long to get your food. Why do you ask, because anytime I've been there day or night, weekday, weekend there are only 2 or 3 employees working. Only one time did I see more than three. And that was lunch one day and 4 employees were sitting and talking and eating It was obvious that they where District Manager's, Asst. Managers, and Managers. Yet for drive thru, front counter, and cook there where only 2 or 3. Someone needs to make several surprise visits at different days of the week and times to see the fiasco in this Burger King. Better service this time went inside.

Me and my family came for lunch on Saturday, there were two people working. So orders were taking forever to get out, also heard talk about firing someone while ordering. The soda machine had a terrible taste. We had a Coke, Dr Pepper, Diet Coke and Blue Powerade. They were all terrible. Service was slow and it just wasn’t a pleasant experience.
