Came in with my family of 6 and spent $60 bucks on lunch. When I asked if they could cook one set of fries extra crispy(as you can ask for literally anywhere else), they said no, we can't do that. Seems like an easy way to not have to take an extra step. I am very disappointed in the lack of service on a simple request.

I love chick fil A! They ALWAYS have the nicest people working there. The food is excellent ALL the time.
Usually pretty fresh. Sometimes chick minis are hard.. but what kills me why have both drive through lanes open and only take the order from the inside lane? 2 cars in on so u get in the empty outer lane. First car was pulling off. I’m there same time as 2nd car. They take their order, still nothing on my side, 3rd car pulls up a person speak to them still crickets on my side so I leave. So my question is why have outer lane open if you aren’t going to take orders from it? I think that was God telling me I didn’t need the calories ?
