We went through the drive thru to get bacon, egg and cheese biscuits with 2 coffees. The coffee was very bitter. The egg and bacon were very greasy. We threw the coffees away and ate about 1/2 of the biscuits. We didn’t eat the hashbrowns because of the dryness and grease. Very disappointing Chick-Fil-A experience.
I called and spoke with the manager to see if she could at least provide a partial credit because of how terrible the food was. She offered to remake the meal or provide a credit at her store (04695). Based on how the meal tasted, I told her that we would not be back, but she offered what she could. I would not recommend this Chick-fil-A. If you are heading towards Tyler, just drive some more miles and go to that Chick-Fil-A. Pic to show the greasiest hashbrowns that I have seen in a long time. Aside: should have expected something because there was only two cars ahead of us. Usually for breakfast most Chick-Fil-As have long lines.

Chick-fil-A is always a fantastic experience! The food is fresh, tasty, and consistent every time — I especially love their chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. The staff are incredibly friendly, polite, and efficient, making the drive-thru and dine-in experience smooth and enjoyable. The restaurant is always clean and welcoming, which makes grabbing a quick meal even better. Definitely one of my go-to spots for fast, quality food! 🍗🍟🥤

Every time we come here, we are having to wait for our order. It’s a CHICKEN place, there should always be chicken strips stocked, patties etc.. to wait 10minutes for an order is ridiculous. Do better.

I ordered breakfast online and only after I drove 20 minutes did they tell me that there was no breakfast today. I’m so unbelievably disappointed. Why was I still able to order it on the app if it wasn’t there? And why did they not contact me and tell me there is no breakfast? They had my phone number. It’s asking me to rate the food but I never got any food so I’ll be giving it a 1. The girl I talked to in line before the window didn’t even know what to do about there not being breakfast. Come on guys do better.

Unclear why Chick-fil-A refuses to start putting your online order together before you get there. If you order and are late and your food is cold, that's on you. If I order ahead it's because I'm in a hurry.

Corporate needs to address this location! This location is probably the worst ran Chick-fil-a I have ever been. It was Friday night, you would this they would be staffed up. Most tables were not cleaned with trays still on them, the trash bins filled to the rim, and staff looked completely flustered and disorganized. I waited over 30 mins for my food and it arrived cold. The location definitely lacked management presence.
