Love everything about our Jacksonville Tx Chick-fil-a .. especially our server Betty ... My sister Linda, Sister-n Law Carleen and myself have a standing Tues. lunch together all the servers call us by name.. we love it in there and food is always delicious, service fabulous.
The girl taking the order in the drive thru was rude and acted like she did not want to be there. Got the order wrong which I caught part of when they handed it to me. Spoke with a manager who fixed what I told her was wrong. She was nice and accommodating. Got home and still found another item was missing that I had paid for and there were no condiments for the chicken. Called and asked for my card to be credited for missing item which they would not do. They told me I had to come back up which I did not want to do. Disappointing way to spend $30.
