I did not care too much for the young man eating and talking with food in his mouth around the food that gets boxed up for customers. Had I not had to wait 3 minutes to get someone's attention to purchase jalapenos that we thought we ordered but did not get charged for I would not have witnessed it?.

Chicken, but not express. The place was not too busy, and it was slow going filling my order of chicken livers for take-out. The fellow in front of me waited for his order of chicken, got it, ate it, and was out the door before I recieved 1 order of chicken livers.The livers and fries were good, the gravy was ok, the roll was ok. There were plenty of staff behind the counter, just very slow service for a small order

The location in Jacksonville Tx is the worst place ever! The employees are rude and flat out lazy. They never have a full menu, they leave you waiting at the counter while they stand around and talk.

How come every time we go here they are always out of chicken, poppers , and sauces? I mean really, how does a chicken place run out of chicken. This has been going on for several years now. Every single time. The latest excuse we got tonight is their sauces are frozen. What kind of garbage excuse is that? It’s not that they are out it’s that the lazy teenagers that work there don’t want to be bothered with having to actually make somebody’s order. The owner needs to get this place in order or it will be out of business soon.
