“Ummm.... messed up the order and had us sit outside for at least 5 minutes for no reason at all...food was ok, except for having to wonder what was done to it out of retribution for not having done it right the first time thru...3 stars

“Maranda caught an attitude when we simply asked how much longer our order would take. A customer had reported the ice cream tasted sour, and all the employees in the back were tasting it to confirm. I’ve been coming here constantly since 2018, and this is the first time I’ve dealt with someone being rude for no reason. She could’ve just told us how long it would take to put a fresh batch in the machine, especially since the first new batch they tried was also sour. We ended up getting a refund for our banana split and Blizzardsmh.“
