I mean it isn't a terrible place, but the staff is so bad. Every time something goes wrong, it is the staff. I had gone through Drive Thur before just for them to mess something up. The person working walked away so we called them. Just to watch as they picked up the phone, wait, and then pushed mute. Then the person finally noticed us to get kind of attitude because it was 7:30 pm and they were trying to close. Gone there again at 6:30 pm trying to get blizzards for them to say they already put up the machine. Today, I had gone trying to see if it changed at all. Service was better, but the ice machine wasn't working. We had gotten ice cream for it to be pretty much melted. We left, and I realized my wallet was with me. So I saw that they closed at 9 on Google. Called... wait.. wait... wait 10 mins later, no answer. I called at 8:40. I have never seen a business close so early even though they have the times posted.

After waiting over 30 minutes in the drive through (only one person ahead of us) my husband’s food was not fresh. I hate leaving negative reviews but never again to this location!

We went at 8:30pm and they looked closed. We asked for several different types of blizzards and beg were “out” of multiple toppings. On our final request, we were told to “hold on” and after a few minutes we gave up and said nevermind. The girl said “okay thanks” and was probably thrilled that we were leaving so she didn’t actually have to do her job. 10/10 would not recommend.

The people that work here now just suck biscuits were hard the food was barely even
It was so cold inside we had to go to our truck to eat. The belt buster was very very dry as the meat just crumbled. The fries were not even warm and the steak fingers were as if they had been cooked and recooked but barely warm. We love DQ on East Rusk but it was a big key down last night 12-19-23

These dairy queen employees need to listen more to their customers orders .I honestly like the one on 1501 S Jackson St , better they always get your order or replace it if they get it wrong not like this one . When you go and place and order for milk shakes and they hand you blizzards when you tell them you want BBQ sauce and no ketchup through the drive thru then you get to the window oh we don't carry BBQ souce . Or they tell you oh that we can make into shake well the one on 1501 S Jackson St, does . This DQ needs better management that's for sure . By the way since the one 1501 S Jackson St, is closed for now I will take my business to another DQ and this DQ won't have my $$ anymore
