Maranda caught an attitude when we simply asked how much longer our order would take. A customer had reported the ice cream tasted sour, and all the employees in the back were tasting it to confirm. I’ve been coming here constantly since 2018, and this is the first time I’ve dealt with someone being rude for no reason. She could’ve just told us how long it would take to put a fresh batch in the machine, especially since the first new batch they tried was also sour. We ended up getting a refund for our banana split and Blizzardsmh.

The two ladies at the counter were the best! So very nice and a really hoot!! I'd suggest going in just to be able talk to them.

The lady at the counters name was Debbie. She was rude. My cash app card wasn’t working on their machine. It was declined. She acted like it was my fault. I went across the street to Walmart and it worked just fine. Went back because we do not have a DQ in Lufkin, Texas anymore and that’s where I live. Anyway went back and ordered my food. My chicken tasted burnt or of old grease. The toast tasted the same and quite a bit of the chicken was hard and uneatable. Then I went to order me a hot fudge sundae with peanuts. The first one came out with pecans. The second one came out with whole peanuts. Now I did not realize they had whole peanuts and chopped. If I had known I would have originally said chopped. I can eat whole nuts, but it is hard for me and I choke on them easily. So then I told them I need the crushed ones. They wanted to put the crushed ones on with the whole ones. I told them no. I needed one with just crushed. They got upset. They didn’t ask me why. They did not tell me they had 2 different forms of peanuts. The two people I talked with looked at me ride the whole time. They talked to me rudely. No one asked me how my food was or anything of that sort. I spent nearly 20.00 on food and was treated like crap. The funny thing is they have a Bible opened on a little table because some employee had passed away. There were sticky notes with scriptures also and yet I was treated horribly. I am a Christian and I pray I’m never like that to anyone. This happened in Jacksonville, Texas. Managers name is April Garner. I called to speak to her and they told me she was not there and they could not tell me when she would be in. So on top of all of that I was not able to speak to a manager either.

Dairy Queen is my go-to spot for ice cream and quick treats! The Blizzards are always thick, creamy, and packed with mix-ins, and the staff always serve them with a smile. The menu has plenty of options for both sweet and savory cravings, and the drive-thru is usually fast and efficient. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, which makes grabbing a treat even better. Definitely a reliable spot for satisfying a sweet tooth or a quick snack! 🍦🍫🍓

I travel for work in the surrounding East Texas area. This DQ has the largest and best breakfast biscuit with egg, cheese, & sausage plus hash browns and large drink. Best price plus friendly service at drive thru.

This was the worst DQ I have ever been to. Went there on Saturday on my way through Jacksonville. Went to the drive through and from the second they asked me what I wanted the 3 people that I could see where horrible. Ordered 3 shakes and got nothing but milk. When I said something the the boy at the window he just looked at me like a deer in a headlight. The 2 girls that were working with him were just as bad . Looks like NO adults where working. Management needs to retrain your employees. No customer service whatsoever. Didn't say sorry or anything to me will never come to your establishment again. 👎👎👎👎

Stood at front counter, employees talking with each other, but nobody greeted me, acknowledged my presence, or took my order. I walked out. Go eat somewhere else.

Ordered a hot fudge sundae and requested half hot fudge and half ice cream. First time had hot fudge in the middle. Told employee again half hot fudge and half ice cream. Second time barely any hot fudge on top. Third time still wrong. Waiting almost 8 minutes in drive thru pulled out and went inside to talk to manager. Not only did they make it wrong charged me more without telling me….after explaining to the manager what I wanted she told me I should have ordered it with lite ice cream and she put 3 pumps of hot fudge.I said you didn’t make it even close to half and half… worst customer service ever. Will definitely use this experience to show people how not to treat their customers and try to over charge them without their knowledge.

We went thru drive thru while we were waiting the cashier and I guess the manager were on their phone the whole time. I remember back in the day we were told if you have time to lean you have time to clean.

She asked if he wanted mayo or mustard, he said mustard. Got mayo
