Ordered a hot fudge sundae and requested half hot fudge and half ice cream. First time had hot fudge in the middle. Told employee again half hot fudge and half ice cream. Second time barely any hot fudge on top. Third time still wrong. Waiting almost 8 minutes in drive thru pulled out and went inside to talk to manager. Not only did they make it wrong charged me more without telling me….after explaining to the manager what I wanted she told me I should have ordered it with lite ice cream and she put 3 pumps of hot fudge.I said you didn’t make it even close to half and half… worst customer service ever. Will definitely use this experience to show people how not to treat their customers and try to over charge them without their knowledge.

We went thru drive thru while we were waiting the cashier and I guess the manager were on their phone the whole time. I remember back in the day we were told if you have time to lean you have time to clean.
She asked if he wanted mayo or mustard, he said mustard. Got mayo

I can't believe that when I mentioned that they forgot to add cheese to my burger that they would put it on a paper plate and reach it to me through the window. What kind of service was that? I had to request them to put it on the burger and warm it up!!! I was very disappointed in the service. My mom asked for an ice cream cone and they didn't even ask her how she wanted it.

Can't remember the last time I had a steak finger basket! I don't remember the $12 cost for 6 pieces, but wife and I split it so actually it cost us each $6 dollars and some change. I'm a cheap date ?

This building has been updated and is nice! The food is good. The only complaint is that they don't drain grease on fried foods, and people with stomach problems do not tolerate excessive grease. If that was fixed, I would give five stars!

One of my favorite DQ's. I have two DQ's I visit. The one in Jacksonville and the one in Canton. They have the BEST FRESHEST FOOD. The burgers and fries are always, (no just heat lamp warm) they are (Just cooked) right this minute hot. And the ladies are always so jolly and friendly. It's amazing that both locations have the same great fresh meals each time and the service. You don't find that type of attitude often at a fast food place it like they just won the lottery and are so happy to spread the joy. Stop by the next time you in Jacksonville Texas or Canton Tx .
