I placed my online order for pick up and the estimated time for pick was 20 minutes so i waited 35 minutes before picking it up and when i got to the window after waiting another 20 minute the lady told me that it was just barely going into the oven over all waited over an hour for 2 pizzas the food was alright not the best but come on waiting for over an hour for 2 pizzas is crazy not come here again

HORRIBLE customer service! They are in need of serious customer service training. And attitude adjustments!! We were in drive through line to pick up our order. Only 1 car in front of us. Sitting there for over 5 minutes. No contact from store to car whole time we were there. But occupant of car had time to sell what looked like tamales out of back seat of his car to 2 different ladies who came up. Our order is ready and we can't even get it. Called to to ask why car in front wasn't asked to go to parking space. Got put on immediate hold. Decide to go inside, was told immediately that they (2 employees) would be with me in a moment. I asked if shouldn't they ask the car to move out of drive through? Employee: I SAID we would be with you in a moment! I said but we can't even get our order which is ready because that car is just sitting there! Employee: that's because we are HELPING them. Really? Not in over 5 minutes! Rude guy employee came to me and said Name? Told him my last name. Again he asked NAME, no smile, nothing! Gave him my full name. He nonchalantly went, got order, handed it to me. No thank you, no sorry for the wait, nothing. I told them how I felt and left. Pitiful!!

It must have been because the female manager want there yesterday. First time I had such terrible customer service at this location. I walked in to pick up my order and the young guy was sitting in the chair and barely acknowledged me. I told him I was picking up but needed to use the restroom first. When I came out he was back sitting in the chair, on his phone and said to me, without even looking at me, “your stuff is over there,”. No offer to get me a bag for the dipping sauces… nothing. Wow, just wow.

This placed looked Phenomenal. Definitely in the Christmas spirit.

The workers were as efficient as they could be, I assume...they make garbage food with garbage prices.

Edit: told them their refund should go toward an animal shelter, but not to give them the food they serve, as I don't feel that it is fit for dogs.

They don't deliver four miles out on highway 79. Can't get delivery so I won't order from this place.
Great place to get a pizza. Still not happy that the new large is 14 inches instead of 16 inches. Pasta dishes are a bit expensive for what you get.

this place needs to be shut down. It costs so much, and they don't care. look at my parmesan bread twists. It looks like unleavened bread. Who would see this come out of the oven and give it to a customer? It was flat, gross, and in the trash.

The ordering great! Paying worked out easy and with no problems. Brandon got here in a perfect time. But for 34.00 I was totally disappointed. The filly cheese tots were scorched and dried out. The chicken Alfredo had no sauce and was to dry to eat and also scorched. Probably wouldn't order delivery from here again!!

The last week my auntie went to the dominos store and the employe didn’t want to sell her a stuffed crust pizza. Are dominos pizza employees racist?
I used to be a loyal customer of Domino’s, but the Jacksonville, Texas location (store #8075) has consistently fallen far below the standards I expect from the brand. My most recent experience was nothing short of frustrating. I placed an order at approximately 6:30 p.m. for drive-thru pickup. Upon arrival, the staff couldn’t locate my order, and after what appeared to be some confusion, the manager on duty helped them find it. I was then instructed to pull around to the front, where I waited for 30-45 minutes with my two young children, assuming that someone would bring my order out to me. Instead, I had to go inside to retrieve it myself.
When I finally got home, the pizza was cold—clearly having been ready for some time. To make matters worse, one of the pizzas had the wrong toppings entirely, and was burnt beyond recognition. As if that wasn’t enough, I discovered a broken water line spilling water everywhere as I left the store.
This location has become a consistent source of frustration, and it’s clear that basic operational standards are being ignored. If the staff and management can’t get it together, perhaps it’s time for Domino’s to reevaluate whether this store should remain open.
