The last week my auntie went to the dominos store and the employe didn’t want to sell her a stuffed crust pizza. Are dominos pizza employees racist?

I used to be a loyal customer of Domino’s, but the Jacksonville, Texas location (store #8075) has consistently fallen far below the standards I expect from the brand. My most recent experience was nothing short of frustrating. I placed an order at approximately 6:30 p.m. for drive-thru pickup. Upon arrival, the staff couldn’t locate my order, and after what appeared to be some confusion, the manager on duty helped them find it. I was then instructed to pull around to the front, where I waited for 30-45 minutes with my two young children, assuming that someone would bring my order out to me. Instead, I had to go inside to retrieve it myself.
When I finally got home, the pizza was cold—clearly having been ready for some time. To make matters worse, one of the pizzas had the wrong toppings entirely, and was burnt beyond recognition. As if that wasn’t enough, I discovered a broken water line spilling water everywhere as I left the store.
This location has become a consistent source of frustration, and it’s clear that basic operational standards are being ignored. If the staff and management can’t get it together, perhaps it’s time for Domino’s to reevaluate whether this store should remain open.

The order took over an hour plus and then the food wasn't hot. Call store and some mgr says it's on its way ya the tracker said that over 45 mnta ago

Placed an order to go for two pasta bowls to be picked up at the pick-up window. Got home and both bowls of pastas didn't even cover the bottom of the container. Called store who said they had in the past been over stuffing the pasta bowls, and now will be putting less in the bowls to make up the difference. When asked, they said they would not remake the bowls correctly. Will not be going back after years of being a loyal customer. Waste of time.

Most of these employees will never answer the phone. Today they had a sign at the drive thru window saying you must order inside, online, or by phone only but they have the lobby locked. I hope the owner witnesses they're laziness soon.

I had a good experience here, we got the thin crust pizza, large and we ate it all and took two more pizzas to go, their barbecue wings are also very good I would definitely come back soon. I know most people have bad experiences sometimes but at least try it because I did and was overall satisfied.?

I went to get my carry out order and the guy that was at the pick up window was obviously on drugs and incoherent. When I told him I couldn’t understand him he walked out of the store and got into my vehicle! I had to pull a knife out to get him to leave my vehicle. Thank god I didn’t have my kids or my wife with me! I had to park and flag down someone to get the manager out to tell her what happened and after all that she told me she could only give me a credit for my order and not even a refund.
Edit 7-20-24 the manager called after this review to refund my money and I still haven’t got that refund. Matches up with what I expected. 0/10 don’t recommend

I had a great experience with Dakota!! I came in after thinking I had placed an order for pickup online. The issue was on my end and even though Dakota was by herself because another employee was not there, she was super kind and got my order in right away. She even came to my car while I waited, to get payment so that I wasn't inconvenienced after the app issue. The food was fresh and fast. I will definitely be coming back because of her excellent service!
