Hidden gem in the almost the middle of no where. Was curious about it after hearing a friend rave about this place. Have yet to try the omakase dinner, but it's on the books. I was able to try their dinner with drinks and it was definitely a hit with my party. Excited to come back again! Wish they were closer to Tyler.

Ima make it easy and simple. We paid 75 bucks for 3 mini aptzs and 2 cocktails. 45 min after leaving we ended up at sonic. Food is good but just not for us.

I’ve been to this place over a dozen times and every time it’s nothing short of incredible. The chef, RJ, is super personable and creates the best dishes East Texas has to offer! The portion sizes are perfect, taste is amazing, and atmosphere is soothing. If you’ve been to Jacksonville and didn’t try this place, you should make a special trip just to eat here! It’s worth the drive!

Had the pleasure of dining here for the Omakase dinner and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we entered till we left every detail was impeccable. Can’t recommend this place enough! The chef demonstrated incredible skills and artistry with each course. Such a fun experience.

It’s killing me to give this place a lower rating but I just can’t get past how small the dinner was. I had the tuna for almost $30 and it was a small plate with about 5-6 slices of sashimi tuna and cucumbers. It tasted great but I am just really disappointed that it wasn’t under “small plates” section in the menu but it was definitely a very small plate. I left hungry. Others plates looked amazing and I would definitely give it another chance with a different order.

Wow, first time in Jacksonville and this gem was the perfect lunch spot! The food was great and the staff were accommodating and friendly. I had the roast beer...10/10.

The Omakase is Mos-Definitely the most unique dining experience in East Texas. Very fun and flavorful.

Read this! A friend brought me to this special place. A small town restaurant serving amazing food and run by an actual chef. That is about as rare as a winning power ball ticket. We drove 45 minutes one way for lunch and it was well worth it. Thanks

The Omakase experience is like nothing else you’ll find in East Texas. Chef RJ knew every detail of the food that was being served and explained his methods as he prepared the freshest food I’ve had in years right in front of us. Very intimate setting, amazing food and drinks, we will definitely be back!

Amazing experience, so happy we tried it. I've never been a huge sushi guy, always liked the good stuff but never went out of my way for it. So understandably I went in somewhat skeptical. But nonetheless, every one of the 12 courses was one of the best things I've ever tasted. This man is an absolute artist. Also expected to leave a 12 course meal completely overstuffed but the proportions were perfect. We were perfectly satiated. Plus the dessert was insane, so good. He could build a business around that alone, I swear. If you haven't been before, book it asap. Thanks again!
