When you order sauced wings.....and get plain Jane, dry wings. Very disappointing. Wish I would had read the reviews before ordering. Best part of the meal, and only part I could eat, was the fries!

These wings are soooo overcooked and dry plus there isn’t enough sauce on them, that makes them dry also. As you see they even put the fries with them instead of one container of wings and one for fries awful!! I will not eat here again! I don’t recommend eating here

the food wasn't very good with little bbq sauce. the worst part was the service waited for far to long then when we saw our food the girl turns around and we waited longer finally just went inside for my food. you can tell they just do the bare minimum

First time, last time. The boneless wings were soggy and over-fried somehow on a few while most had barely any sauce. No dipping sauce was delivered even though we paid extra. Big swing and a miss. Don’t waste your money.

Was craving some boneless wings. Placed my order and received in a timely manner. Fries piled on top of the wings were soggy and wings had little to no sauce. Waste of money. If i wanted something like this, the grocery store has frozen dinners cheaper.
Normally, we enjoy eating at Chili's. Today we had the poorest service we have ever had, bar none. We had to just about trip our server to get their attention. We ordered chips and salsa through the kiosk. We did not get it. After our food was delivered, the server never came back to see if the food was okay. My husband ordered a bowl of chili and he got 1/2 bowl. I gave him mine because it was not enough to satisfy him. We were going to pay at the table, but had to ask another server to split our bill because the kiosk was not working to split it at the table. Our drinks were never refilled. When the server brought our bills, it was then, and only then, that we were asked if there was anything else they could get for us. Not sure we will be going back.

I tried to find the place and couldn't i proceeded by calling the number it ended up being inside of chilli's. When i went into chilli's the said i had to order from the back. There was no menu i had to try to find it on the website. when i could finally order and it got submitted the manager told the waitress that the order cannot be fulfilled because they have a new system that the only way to order was thru doordash. What a waste of time. Chilli's should just state that they are adding to go wings to their menu this has to be a PR and Marketing nightmare.

Our bone in wings were literally raw. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Undercooked chicken can kill a person. Beyond disappointed for the amount of money we paid. I wish to speak with a manager and would like a refund.

Prices weren't too terrible. Wings were Ok; one of the drumstick's bone had shattered making it difficult to eat, others were reasonable size. Fries had a fair seasoning, but were gummy and extremely unappetizing. Temperature of everything is Ok, and sauce was fine, but a little bit more quality control on the actual wings and fries would be great.

My family was really excited to try wings at a new place! its disappointing and sad that these were worse than school cafeteria food. Yes. They were a nice size. However, after spending $100 we were extremely disappointed with the lack of flavor! The garlic parmesan, lemon pepper, buffalo, and southwest cajun ALL tasted the same! Yes, the wet wings were wet, but not a hint of distinctive flavor. Had it not been for the label on the boxes, I wouldn't be able to tell you what they were. Pretty sure this is a one & done for us!
