Great place, normally would be five stars. I really wanted to leave a tip, but tipping has gotten out of control. So my rule is, anytime I’m prompted for a tip, I can’t leave one. Employees, please tell your managers to get rid of the tip prompt on the credit card so I can leave a tip.

Jersey Mike’s Subs is always fresh and delicious! The sandwiches are packed with quality ingredients, and you can really taste the difference compared to other sub places. The staff are friendly and make everything just the way you like it — I love getting mine “Mike’s Way.” The store is clean, quick, and perfect for lunch on the go. The service and food were both excellent. The register automatically prompted me to leave a tip, which is completely inappropriate. A tip is something given out of compassion, not something that should be expected or a normal part of the dining experience.

We purchased lunch for our church group. JM's was so accommodating. I ordered our food and on Sunday noon they delivered for free at Love's lookout. The sandwiches were wonderful. They came with all the condiments, dressing, veggies, tons of napkins. Everyone was impressed as am I.

We eat here occasionally. It's the best quick sandwich place in Jacksonville we think. Always friendly people and great service. This time, the sweet tea wasn't as good as usual which surprised me because it's usually very good and fresh. This was also the first time trying out the mobile app. Pretty straight forward and easy to use. We'll be back.
Vegetarian options: I didn't get a vegetarian sandwich but did notice some options on the menu.
Parking: Not a lot of parking but usually not an issue unless you go at lunchtime.
