I placed an online order through the app and designated a pickup time for 12:30pm, which was 45 mins later when I thought I’d be traveling back through their Jacksonville TX location. I ended up having a tire blow out on a trailer I was towing which delayed my arrival time substantially. Just got done eating my Jersey Mike’s and it was amazing as per usual. I called in an order 15 minutes before they close which I hate doing but my fiancée was running late to pick it up. The lady on the phone was extremely nice and was happy to take my order despite it almost being closing time. This is just one of many positive experiences I’ve had there. The service is unmatched and I’ve never found more pleasant people than the folks that work at Jersey Mike’s is Jacksonville!...
