Went through the drive-thru waited forever acted like I was inconveniencing them got home the gravy was like water after making me wait for my food.

If there is negative score I would give -5 stars. Went here 7 pm and was given old and dry bucket of chicken. And surprise surprise all the sauces that we ordered are not in here. Waste of time and money as this place sucks. I am actually surprised that this place is not closed yet.

Took them 30mins....chicken very brown to almost burned,,..biscuits hard .......didn't get our cups till we got our order of food ..and the drinks tasted like water....bathrooms were so nasty.....we were the only customers.....my husband loves KFC but no more in jville......they suck.....

15 minute wait for chicken that was old. Took care of drive through customers first. 5 people in back, including manager, only 2 actually doing anything. Witnessed a friend of cashier come in and food was immediately taken care of. I won't be stopping here again.

If there was a rating lower than 1 star I would put it. I paid $27 dollars for food that was under portioned. This wasn’t my primary issue. I was missing a fry and politely asked at the drive thru window (she nice the lobby was closed for some reason) the lady gave me an attitude and complained when I asked. I don’t understand how they don’t have food ready when it was 8pm and they close at 10:30pm according to google. I’ve had encountered problems like this all the time at this location. But that’s Jacksonville for ya.

My family and I are visiting family from out of state and decided to go to KFC to get an eight-piece chicken. Upon arriving, we saw a special on the window. My wife wanted to get it, so she made the order, and it was about three times more than the amount that was posted on the glass. When she got the food, she noticed that it was only five pieces of chicken in the box. She told the lady at the window that it was supposed to be an eight-piece. The lady got an attitude with my wife, with my five-year-old listening. He started crying. Since the lady had an attitude, my wife wanted a refund. The person at the window got an attitude again and refused to give her a refund for her messed-up order. On top of that, the food was old and not fresh. Now my son would not have any food to take his medicine, and we are out of our money because they refused to give us a refund for the messed-up order. There needs to be big changes to the customer service at that location

Servers here are rude, especially the one in drive thru. No wonder the store is always empty. Ruined my day.

And surprise, when I got home, they gave me a wrong order. Ordered crispy chicken and they put a mixed crispy and original in there. No option in the app to have a mixed crispy and original so I wonder how dumb they have to be to make this mistake. They literally do not care

First and last time coming to this location. Drove over 30min because we were craving some good ol' KFC, Yes the food was good and satisfied my cravings... BUT as a former fast food manager, appearance is a big thing for me... The first thing you see is the front door.. IT'S FILTHY DIRTY. Looks like its never been cleaned. The bathroom is disgusting, rather use the bathroom outside!! Glad I didn't go in there before I got my food.
Also, as we dine in I sit there and acknowledge 3 different customers walk in stood at the counter and walked right out!! Dont know the reason for it but that does not look good!

They won’t take phone orders; you have to order online. My husband got there and of course I hadn’t completed my online order. He asked for four thighs at the window, but he didn’t follow protocol by ordering at the speaker and they wouldn’t fill the order. He drove off, but maybe we dodged a bullet by not getting day old chicken.
