I normally don't leave reviews or complaints. ( Ever ). But i feel like it's necessary especially if this person was the manager or was in charge. So yesterday afternoon around 1- 2 pm we went thru the drive. 1st my sister asked what all comes on the frie bowl combo the young man at the window said " whatever you see on the picture " Well my sister can't see very well and she does use glasses but she has a condition that her eye sight is getting worse. Well he told us what was all in the bowl after she told him that she couldnt see that far ......... And we'll this was the most messed up part when we had told him we wanted to order 2 of the KFC's Famous Bowl Combos which includes a drinks. My sister literally told the young man at the window she wanted 2 Pepsi for that. He responded "okay" After we got to the window He handed us our food but didn't give us the drinks at first, no big deal but when she kindly ask him for our drinks, he litterly looked puzzled like as if he didn't knew what we was talking about So he handed us one drink but the worst part was when my sister asked him for the other drink He wanted to argue with her and tell her " You didn't ask for another " and my sister said yes I did and that was so wrong of him to say that and when we ordered the meal deal, it automatically comes with a drink neways . Like litterly he shook his head and had very very poor costumer service ... Horrible !!! I called to speak to the manager when I got home. What do you know, he answered the phone, he said we was the management and he was the one at the drive thru. Smh 😒 We will not be going back to that KFC ever again. The only reason why I give it a star because I have too, to post this

The staff was helpful and friendly our food was ready very fast. The dining room was nice and clean, but, the restrooms are very, very bad. They are dirty and worse than a truck stop bathroom.

Drove 30 miles one way to nearest KFC restaurant. Palestine, Tx to Jacksonville, Tx. Decided to get the 12 pc variety chicken so we would have 3 meas. 12 pc variety advertised as 3 breast, 3 wings, 3 thighs, and 3 drumsticks. Picked up order, drove home and discovered we had received 0 breasts, 2 wings, 6 thighs, and 4 drumsticks. So very disappointed. Chicken was delicious but wanted some white meat as advertised.

Tried to order food for over 10 minutes standing at the counter while 3 people walked around in back. No one else in store.. attempted to use the kiosk only for it to say there was a connection issue when we hit place order after multiple attempts we looked to the staff when tried not to make eye contact with us... disgusting management and ownership practices gfc
I order on line and it said it would be ready at a certain time. So I showed up and my food was not even ready. I even was a little bit late and they still didn't have it ready
The food was ? good, but management need to keep the glass doors clean, they were extremely filthy.Itcwsd almost a turn off for me but instead gave them the benefit of the doubt..

I love KFC, but this restaurant makes me want to take my love elsewhere.Each time I go to this location I leave disappointed. The dining area is almost always disgusting, with overflowing trash, dirty tables, and a filthy condiments and drink station.Even the front door is caked with dirt and grime, looking as if it has not been cleans since Colonel Sanders was still alive.This location is almost always understaffed, often times leaving you standing at the counter for 15 minutes plus without even acknowledging your presence.And once waited on, you usually get someone who comes across as angry as having to serve you.During my last visit a young father and daughter were left waiting while the counter person took a smoke/pot break out by the dumpster with an unsavory looking acquaintance.Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. KFC and management, at least pretend like you are trying.
