Took 4 times to get order right. Took longer than said to get my order. Got home and chicken was over cooked, look like it had been there all day. We had to wait 20 minutes for our food because they had no chicken cooked. On top of that they shorted me on my order. I paid $45 for my food and that's what i got.

It does not even seem the same I was so very disappointed the food does not taste the same I will never go back it used to be my favorite but the food is different now it don't even taste the same the atmosphere was like you don't exist you hear about everything that's going on in that business

Used the mobile app to place my order so I could run in and grab it on my 30 minute lunch. Got a text it was ready and run 2 minutes down the road to find the door was locked. Was directed around do the drive thru where I waited behind two cars for 10 minutes to pick up the food that was ready and waiting. Paid for a three piece meal and got a two piece meal.On a positive note. The guy at the window ( who looked alone) and was probably doing it all. Was friendly and greeted and thank me which I have not seen a whole lot of in our establishments in Jacksonville.

The people here are very friendly and have an awesome attitude.Fantastic People Skills and fast, and efficient service.This KFC is a cut above the rest.Parking: It's got several slots to park and you could park on the street if you choose to. I have not ever seen a parking issue there.Kid-friendliness: They are nice, respectful, and keep good clean order in the restaurant and do not allow anything unsafe to go on.I think my family is safe to go there alone if I am busy at the time and can't go.But they bring me something back, and I pay the bills ?.God bless yall ?Chief

I don’t like that all the employees making food with no gloves on I guess sanitation is out of that question because the place looks like they never sweep and my shoes were making sticking sounds everywhere I stepped everyone had a poor attitude and the employees would throw things when they got mad this is just a bad place in general
Thought we would give kfc 1 more try because previous visits there were horrible food . My husband got the 20 meal , well first he got 2 coleslaw, 1 mash potatoes 1mac and Cheese We only received 1 coleslaw . Then the chicken we got was 2 legs , 3 thighs , 1 wing . I guess that’s what comes with this particular meal . The legs were app 2 1/2 inches long ( not much bigger than hot wing legs ) one of the thighs was burnt up as well as the wing was hard as a rock , one thigh not completely done a lil pink was still in it and one thigh was eatable . I know it was a bargain meal but for the most part it was not eatable! Kfc do better!

This is the 2nd time I've had terrible service at this kfc. I waited 7mins in drive thru with only one car In front of the. Never moved. Parked and went in. Nobody acknowledged me. After about 10mins the girl finally waited on me. I ordered 2 pot pies she said we only have 2 pies you have to wait 30mins. Terrible attitude and pure laziness here. Very disappointed. Especially when your trying to treat your alzheimers client. I won't give this place another chance

Drove 30 miles because our local KFC closed due to poor quality and service and honestly.. this one is not far behind. Rolled in 10 minutes after they opened, Lobby was filthy, the first lady that took my order was ok. Kind of looked irritated that we walked in. The second lady wasn't much better.. Will probably just go the full way to Tyler next time..
