I’m not being over dramatic or blowing anything out of proportion. I’ve been coming here on and off for 6 months. Every single time there are issues with the staff or the pizza. Every time I leave I tell myself “never going back there again” but it’s hard because the next little Ceaser’s is far. I’m done for sure now man.

Best Classic pepperoni 🍕 pizza in the business 6-7 dollars.. but the one I got yesterday at this location in Jacksonville Texas wasn't cooked all the way as the tomato 🍅 paste hadn't even soaked into the pizza dough

I don't mean to complain Little Caesars you're really be putting too much pizza sauce on your pizzas

I don’t like they come to the counter and handle money and go back to making pizzas. Clearly u can see sink on right side and they never go back to wash hands after handling money. Always a long wait for pizza never any hot and ready

Ordered the 3 meat deep dish - pepperoni, sausage & bacon. Bacon is the best part & I didn't even get it on one of the pizzas (also only a few pieces of sausage) and there was barely any on the other one. It's not that hard to make sure the right toppings are on pizzas, they were the exact same. Haven't had pizza in a long while & these were a disappointment.

We had an issue with our order thanks to a less than awesome DoorDash driver. The store kept trying to make it right despite this doordash driver making that difficult for them. Ultimately we got our replacement pizza, and as promised, it was the best cheese pizza ever. Thanks to the staff and manager for helping us to get our pizza!

Might want to get new management at store. Ordered pizza online and said would be ready at said time. Showed up at that time and pizza wasn’t even in the oven yet. Front of store was almost shoulder to shoulder with 16 people in there. Person came in to order at the store and was told 45-60 min wait. Really…

This place has horrible customer service horrible attitudes and understaffed. Took 15 minutes for someone to take my order and an hour and a half to actually get to pizzas that should be hot and ready
