They were severely overworked and got our order numbers wrong so they had to remake our food. What they remade was super delicious tho and the manager apologized for the inconvenience. All in all was worth the wait

I mean I like McDonald's I wish they would upgrade is there chicken nuggets with some flavor like lemon pepper something like that and they should make their McGriddles instead of a sandwich they should make those into a desert

HIRE BETTER STAFF!!!!!! IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK MORNING SHIFT DON'T!!! WOW I am absolutely upset with the service I received. Took almost 5 minutes at the menu board to take a simple 2 SECOND order. Got to the window and man was nice BUT didn't greet me or say thank you. Got to the window to receive my food and the other man was so rude just handing the food without speaking or even smiling!!!! Like seriously?? When I opened up the bag both my hashbrown and my burritos are cold!! Not warm, COLD!! Not fresh. A million customers in line and we are getting cold food and TERRIBLE SERVICE WOW!!!!!! ZERO STARS

Extremely unprofessional and they blame thier drive thru on being Extremely slow on being short staffed when in fact I happen to know 2 of thier line workers and they say they refuse to hire more people so they don't have to pay more. Never again will I visit this ridiculous location..

Service is horrible, staff doesn't pay attention to what they are doing. They gave out my order to the wrong car then decided to bring me the wrong food, then have to wait 20 more mins for the right food and it was cold!! HIRE NEW STAFF!!
There has been quite a few times they have messed up on my order ot take to long to make it but this time I used the app and went through the drive through everything was ok until the car that was next to me got the food I ordered and then the employee drought me there food I got 2 happy meals and 2 mc dubbles the car that got my food had ordered 3 cheese burgers and a large drink I seen the reciept when the guy brought me the food and it clearly said stall 3 and I was in stall 4 I went inside to let the manager know that my food was given to someone else I still had to wait for almost 20 minutes for them to make my order again someone needs to train the employees along better and to pay attention to the receipts
