This Mcdonlds has always been bad. I told my wife this is the one that always forgets something. Sure enough after going through the drivethrough we get on the road and no ketchup and not even a napkin. Thats sad this is how Mcdonolds thinks of their customers. I should of knew better.

Doordash doesn't have an option for no ice so I have to call and request it. Everytime I have called everyone has been nice, respectful, and always makes sure I get no ice in my drink.

They were severely overworked and got our order numbers wrong so they had to remake our food. What they remade was super delicious tho and the manager apologized for the inconvenience. All in all was worth the wait
I mean I like McDonald's I wish they would upgrade is there chicken nuggets with some flavor like lemon pepper something like that and they should make their McGriddles instead of a sandwich they should make those into a desert

HIRE BETTER STAFF!!!!!! IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK MORNING SHIFT DON'T!!! WOW I am absolutely upset with the service I received. Took almost 5 minutes at the menu board to take a simple 2 SECOND order. Got to the window and man was nice BUT didn't greet me or say thank you. Got to the window to receive my food and the other man was so rude just handing the food without speaking or even smiling!!!! Like seriously?? When I opened up the bag both my hashbrown and my burritos are cold!! Not warm, COLD!! Not fresh. A million customers in line and we are getting cold food and TERRIBLE SERVICE WOW!!!!!! ZERO STARS
