Very rude very long wait manager talked to me very Rudley because they want to put everyone in a parking spot to wait on food this is not fast food if I wanted to eat inside I would have parked and went inside the manager had a very bad attitude and then told me that she had the right to refuse service to me just because I didn't want to pull and wait in another parking spot when everything was already full, slow down and make quality not quantity burgers and lose the attitude, and you may Get better at your job. Your supposed to lead by example. And refusing service just because you don't get your way might end up in a longer wait while refunding my money .No one likes to have to wait 15 minutes for a cold burger. I've been to your store many times and every time I pull over play Parking spot. Have to wait 15 minutes for a Barker, and it's cold. Most of the time, the order's not right. So no, I'm not getting out of my truck to come back in to correct the order. Because you all drop off the wrong stuff and it'd be cold. Thank you but no thanks

I had to give it one star because I couldn’t say zero. I been here probably 3 times this week and haven’t had good . The first time I went through the drive and they change people on the headset 3 times. The second time I came through they completely didn’t get my order right it was way off. Then today I came through and I know it’s been busy and all but, to be ask to be park and wait for my drinks and food, you could have gotten my food right. Then my burger was not cook it was legit pink in the middle. I got my food before my drinks. It’s very disorganized and 95percent of then time drive is so rude: I hope this helps with getting things right.
This is the most money hungry chain I’ve ever seen, ordered 2 double cheese burgers and substituted MAC sauce for the mustard and ketchup and they charged me for it even though everything else was coming off the burger, I’d understand paying extra if I was adding extra ingredients but I wasn’t. The manager on shift was no help, showed that I was here a few days ago and wasn’t charged and I order the same thing everytime so I don’t see how one day it wasn’t and extra charge but today it was and conveniently happened when I used a coupon. Also say at the speaker for about 5 mins even though the drive through was empty finally got someone’s attention by yelling hello repeatedly in to the speaker. And of course my burgers were wrong when I received them. The GM was not in during this but I will be reaching out. What a crappy end to my day

They take a long time and on several occasions my order arrives incomplete, they ask you for the type of sauces and they never add them if you don't remind them again. For fast service it leaves a lot to be desired

This McDonald's is an absolute nightmare!! Who designed this building?!?! Nowhere to park & if you do find a spot, good luck trying to make it to the door without getting hit. Horrible design. The 2 youngish black men working in the drive through today were SO rude - 2:45 pm 1/4/25 for reference. Food was good 👍
