Can't go lower than 1 star. Don't know how good the food was since I couldn't get waited on. Only person in line. 3 employees walked past me and never said a word. Stay away unless you don't mind being treated like an inconvenience. Jacksonville tx, the only town I know of that had a Jack in the Box go out of business. UPDATE: Much better now that a new crew is in charge. Very efficient, place is clean. Food is up to par now. Have eaten there quite a few times since the staff has changed.

I always hit the drive thru. If they're busy, you'll have to wait out front but usually not more than 5 mins. They now have new drive-thru window employees which are much nicer than the ones before.

Stop by here on during a road trip from Houston and they had all my favs. The staff is nice and very good with communication staff and customers. They hook me up when I asked ?. If they don't have what you want they can make it. Don't be afraid to stop in or hit up the drive thru.

I love the Jacksonville Panda crew! They're always super nice and friendly, my food is always exactly how I ask for it and it's always ready by the time it says it will be! I used to LOATHE Panda in general, but these guys have definitely changed my opinion! Now I'm addicted and eating there every chance I get!
