Pop’s Country Store and Grill

Gas station converted to a grill. Filled with locals and local law enforcement were all eating there. Cashier/waitress/server was very friendly and helpful. The smoked chicken legs were delicious. Smokey and cooked to perfection, a smaller version of turkey legs. A definite place to revisit.

Such a neat little store with delicious food. I had a craving for a burger the other day and had to stop by Pop's. Be sure to try the chicken salad and the BBQ, too! The staff is always so friendly and I look forward to catching up with them when I stop in.

Vegetarian options: They offer a fruit cup, a yogurt parfait, fries, and you can get a plain baked potato on BBQ tater day.

I usually come by and eat a couple times a week. Not once have I had a bad experience or bad food. The staff is fantastic and very attentive to the customers needs. I highly recommend you stop by and get you something to eat!! You will not be disappointed! The cheeseburger I had today was easily one of if not the best burger in town!

This is a nice little convenience store that we call, “the store that’s always closed.” I’ve tried to support this local business, but they’re closed so much, often in the middle of a weekday, so I just gave up. Not really sure how they stay in business.
