I really wanted to give all five stars for this location. From the staff taking my order at the drive thru menu board to receiving our order, it was a good experience! But the actual sandwich (which I order every time I visit Schlotsky's) wasn't the best because I don't like so much roast beef, but that is personal preference. It was fresh and had the signature cut in the middle since I ordered a medium.
Also, the entrance has a huge upward dip. So when you are crossing traffic from the opposite side your vehicle will bottom out. Same with exiting although it wasn't as dramatic of a bump. Just be aware of potential damage!

The General Manager of this store location in Jacksonville, Tx was so friendly to deal with. She worked professionally with me until we could figure out a missing credit charged on my credit card. It turned out that I was not charged twice on a purchase and everything cleared. I wanted to mention the professionalism and kindness of the General Manager, Melissa, as she worked with me to figure things out. The store was also, clean, the service, and food were great!

This particular schlotskys has really gone down hill and in no way in comparison to the schlotskys ive been too. The potatoe soup was mashed potatoes the greenonions looked like huge pieces of spinach. I asked for the original to be extra toasted , it was wet literally couldnt pick it up, the guy taking the order acted like he didnt know what he was doing. Umm im so dissapointes right now

This was my first time eating at a Schlotzsky's. Yummy! I had an Italian Calzon it was hugh and delicious! I brought half home! I had to get a Cinnabon for dessert! The staff were amazing.

Paid over $30 and used a coupon I had in the app to get a free Pick 2 when ordering another entree (did a giant Original and also ordered 2 cinnabons). My Pick 2 were the chicken tortilla soup and mac and cheese. Really the only thing they make that I'll eat since I hate sourdough. My husband goes to pick up the order and they're out of both my soup AND the mac and cheese. They offered to replace it with something else, we declined due to me not liking anything else they have. Instead of offering a raincheck on them where I could stop by at a later date when they do have them in stock to get them, he just voided it off the ticket and said he refunded it. Refunded what? When asked about the app coupon used for it, his answer was he didn't even know if it would go back on the app. Which even if he did, expires in 2 days. It's Good Friday. If they don't have the stuff now, they're not gonna have it tomorrow, definitely not having it by Easter Sunday when it expires. So it wouldn't do me any good anyway. Seriously though, is Schlotzsky's the only restaurant that won't give you an item later on if it was part of your order that's already paid and they aren't able to fulfill it? It's just really irritating when you get your hopes up on something and they try to make it sound like they're doing you a favor when really you're being charged the exact same amount, just getting less than what you ordered.

Good tasting fresh sandwich bread was crispy and soft . Only reason a 4 instead of 5 was they were short of my horseradish sauce .. But service was spot on young man was great ... Will come back when in town
I think it was understaffed, but water was all over the floor in front of dribk machine, i think the employees were too busy with drive thru to clean it up...maybe they need extra staff
