Good tasting fresh sandwich bread was crispy and soft . Only reason a 4 instead of 5 was they were short of my horseradish sauce .. But service was spot on young man was great ... Will come back when in town

I pulled up at 7:55pm and I was told they were closed. Well in that case change the time on the door and google to 7:55. It says 8 which means you still have 5 minutes to serve your customers!

Was served a salad where every bite tasted like dirt. If they’re not washing their vegetables, what other unsanitary things are they doing? Never eating there again. Way too expensive to be this poor quality.

Love this place! Great delicious place to grab something healthier than fast food. Baked potato soup and Cesar side salad is my favorite lunch option. The gentleman that helped me today in the drive thru was super polite and I wanted him to know that he is appreciated!
We arrived at 7:29pm on Friday, September 13th, and as we parked, the young man working looked at us and locked the door. I understand it was a bit last minute; however, their hours state they close at 8pm. Clearly, the owner may not be aware of their employees' business practices or maybe they are and need to change their operating hours to close at 7:30pm. Do not recommend this particular location.

The 2 Gentleman that waited on us were professionals, the bread was baked to profession, and made just right and "FRESH", I've been in a lot of Schlotzsky's and the one in Jacksonville,Texas is by far the best ever?, way to go when visiting there if you want a good sandwich guys??????..
