When I want a delicious breakfast with friendly service, this is what I go for. Every time I go there to treat myself, I leave knowing I don’t even have to check my order. It’s perfect every time. The maple breakfast sandwich is the best breakfast sandwich in the business. Melty cheese, not overly sweet waffle with just a bit of crunch, and the eggs and sausage? Perfection. That along with my matcha iced latte with vanilla, makes for the ideal balance of sweet, salty, and savory heaven. I also got the everything bagel this morning and the Gouda pairs so well with the slightly spicy sausage patty. I wish I could give this place even more stars. Also shout out to the people who made my food and drink, and served it to me with the most attentive and caring attitude. Dani and Foster, you both rock at what you do and make it to where I feel like a part of the scooters family. Will be going back again and again.

This location always runs out of products to make their coffees and drinks. Today they didn't have mochaor any other kind of red bull. This issue happens on a regular basis with this location.

My mom got a coffee it was vanilla sweet cream cold brew and it tasted like sweet water it seemed watered down and the one I got was the chips ahoy blended coffee or frappechino that made me sick and we also got the cotton candy milkshake and it just tasted like some fruit drink and it was slow we didnt go inside so I can't say about the atmosphere but the worker at the window was nice

Scooter's Coffee at 1202 S Jackson St, Jacksonville, TX 75766 has great regular coffee and we tried the Hot Turtle Latte, and Carmelicious it was iced or frozen drink but I did order it hot but got the cold one which was fine, everything was good and we come thru Jacksonville every other Sunday afternoon on our way to Lufkin for work so it has become our must stop place to get thru the rest of our drive. Very friendly staff my only complaint is the coffee is a bit weak but we have the shot added to it so that works. It is so much nicer than starbucks and the price is better.

Went there today 8/31/2024 ordered a smoothe put waited at the window for a while and nobody came so I had to leave. Usually i can get in and out fast and the staff is usually friendly.

Stopped to get coffee, re-told her our order many times. Ended up with an extra coffee we did not want so we asked if she wanted it back and she said “You paid for it so keep it.” And would not return our money. Horrible service.
