We passed through on on way home to Tyler. Young staff was trying to serve the best they could. A simple order of coffee threw them a curve! But they were trying!

So, I want to preface this with, I always think the workers are friendly and would love to give more stars for them. Secondly, I am a strict black coffee drinker, no sugar, no cream. I get my usual black coffee one morning about 2 weeks ago for my drive to Houston. When I take my first sip just south of the Jacksonville city limits, my coffee was lukewarm. Not hot at all and the taste was off.
Just a few days ago, same order, the coffee is hot but the taste was really strange and within minutes I launched into an extreme allergy reaction, red eyes, sneezing, swollen lips... So...
Are you guys leaving coffee overnight? Not cleaning properly? 2 very different issues but, I'm very scared to even try it again.

The service i received wasn't great, they were really short & rude, did not make me feel welcomed but instead annoyed & rushed! I had a "pink drink" and when i pulled away from the drive thru window it was all separated & weird looking. I went on and tried a sip or two but it tasted at bad as it looked! I tried going back several months later again & the service was just as rude again & the drink wasn't any better! I've been to Starbucks all my life & i have NEVER been so disappointed in the drinks before so it really sucks the one in my town is such a disappointment especially when the price to go is never cheap!

They had us waiting for over 10 minutes our drink was ready until we asked. Taste more like water than coffee. This is like the 4th time we go thinking they will do a better job but still leave disappointed.

Deserves 1 star because none of the baristas are properly trained on how to make the iced coffee drinks. I ordered my usual and my friends got their usual drinks. We frequent Starbucks where we live so we know how the drinks should taste. At this location, these drinks taste like flat, cold coffee. Very gross. They actually gave us our money back and we tried Dutch Bros down the way which was surprisingly good. We won't be back to this Starbucks location. Please train these kids!

Placed a mobile order for one hot drink and one cold drink. Waited several minutes after arrival and was handed my one hot drink. I told the guy working that I’m waiting for another drink as I saw that nobody was working on that one. He snapped at me and told me I was just going to have to wait a minute while he proceeds to serve people coming in placing the order. I told him I place a mobile order for a reason. To avoid this right here. I understand everyone doesn’t have to keep to their schedules but I do that’s why I order ahead. He stopped and made my cold drink and slid across the counter very aggressively without saying a word. I asked the other barista to please my drink because I didn’t want that man handling my order at that point. I’ll also take this time to mention that if you are going to allow facial hair on employees it should at the very least be clean and well maintained. I have been to several Starbucks locations across the state and have never been treated so aggressively or rude at any of them except this one. Only good thing I can say is Jacksonville isn’t my home location and I won’t ever have to back.
The dairy they put in all 3 of our frappe was sour and gross . We walked into let them know the co worker looked at us like we was crazy ( not our fault) manger gets it fixed . Still don't taste the best but better then it was

I have been charged double on multiple occasions. When ordering ahead or paying with the app. You have to call in and it takes days. For your money to be returned. This glitch in the system needs to be fixed.
It would have been almost perfect if the company could get rid of flies. It seems that the fly fans are inadequate. So coffee and wrap would have tasted better.
Mind you, the staff was great. The problem is with corporate.

If i could do zero stars i would This starbucks was terrible, I'm a starbuck drinker daily and this is the first time at this location, the Frappuccino they made was like whipped air and didn't have a coffee taste at all even after ordering expresso shots for it. And in my other drink was two pieces of hair I will not be returning here!!

I absolutely love all the barista’s ! They're always welcoming and happy every single day I come through! They’ve honestly never messed up my order!
