Ordered 2 BMT’s online. Picked them up, got home and both were wrong. Went back up there and explained what happened. Was initially gonna go off but I observed the environment first and I could tell the manager on duty was having a rough day with the little gentleman that was working with her. She fixed my order and let us have the other two that were wrong. She looked like she was just having a hard day. So instead I choose to help her smile and tell her it is ok just breathe as I understood things happen and everyone has a “off” day. I hope that made her day little better. Ty to that manager that fixed it and did it with a smile.

Ordered and they completely got the order wrong and it took forever for the drive though not to mention there was only one person in the dinning area so there was not a whole lot of people to be waited on so fast food this place is not do not come to this place if your in any kind of hurry and the staff were not very friendly

I didn’t get greeted for approximately 5 minutes yet I was the only one in the restaurant. The bread was cut so off that the bottom was 4 inches and the top 7 inches. No bell pepper available but yet in the parking lot adjacent to the WalMart super center so an easy fix to get ingredients that are ran out of; very sloppy put together that I had to reconstruct my sandwich once I got home. I chose Subway because their bread is softer than Jersey Mikes but not tonight …. Hard and crusty. I will choose Mike’s over this again any day. Service is less than 1 star. Do yourself a favor… go to Jersey Mike’s, or somewhere in Tyler, or make a sandwich at home and save your money.

Service was just awful, the girls waiting on us had no idea they were doing and just could not get our orders right. THEN started being rude when we corrected them. Over all just super awful employees, 0/10 DO NOT GO HERE

Horrible dry flakey bread and they would t do anything about it. Staff was rude and unwilling to do anything to satisfy a customer like me, a disabled Veteran. Never again
