One way to tell a Mexican restaurant is good is to try their chorizo. More often than not, it's too chewy or not flavorful. This place is incredible! Their chorizo is fresh and the limes are full of juice. It's the mark of a good restaurant to be able to pay attention to details like that. This is worth the pit stop or dinner plan!
