I had three corn gorditas filled with bistec and it blew me away. The restaurant is very quaint and hole-in-the-wall (clue #1 that you're about to have a great meal). After ordering, I could hear the gentle patter of them shaping fresh dough by hand (great meal clue #2). When I got the food, the gorditas were hot, generously filled, and came with fresh limes and salsa that I also suspect to be freshly made (that was clue #3).
The food was out of this world....
