Excellent Tex-Mex! My friends and I visited The Jalapeño Tree while we were spending a weekend in Jacksonville. Our server, Matilyn, was amazing, sweet, and friendly. Our food was delicious and we especially enjoyed the green salsa. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Been going here for years great food like any other Mexican food restaurant could be a little cleaner but as with most Mexican food restaurant they have so much decor and it gets so dusty and the employees don't feel like it is in their job description to dust the restraunt but other than that we love the Jalapeno

We had the best of times with our friend whom we hadn't seen in 5 years! I'm so glad we choose this restaurant. The food was good and our waitress (heading off to the Navy soon) was wonderful. If you want some good Mexican food I recommend the Jalapeno Tree.

Food is really tasty. I can get 1 tamale with rice and beans. I appreciate not having an abundance of extra food.

Horrible!!!!!!!! We went as a family. My quesadilla was so small. $13.00 for NOTHING! Then, there was black hair in my mothers soup. Mind you, she's blonde headed.
The manager, a blonde, came by....and she was rather rude to us.......she didn't even take my moms food off. Or apologize. Nothing!!!! She brought over some more soup. Half filled. And slammed it on the table. Ill never be back and make sure to share w everyone.
Great food

My husband and I were slightly disappointed with the food, you just can't get fresh mexican food anywhere anymore. The atmosphere was pretty good, and the customer service was terrific. The staff were very welcoming.
