Tropical Paradise is as named, a bit of paradise in downtown Jacksonville.

My father kept wanting a mango popsicle, day after day, in this hot Texas climate. As usual, he was spot on.

Smoothies, popsicles, aqua frescas, fruits, ice cream cones, Tres Leches cake, flan, and so much more await your sweet tooth.

And a nice menu of tapas-ish items are also available that are unique and very tasty.

Dining is inside where it's comfortable, very clean, and cool. It's also nice dining outside, with a great view of downtown Jacksonville.

Family friendly and handicap accessible.

Treat yourself. You and your family are worth it!

Parking: Parking right off the street available, and plenty of it

Kid-friendliness: Family friendly, and able to accommodate large groups. Staff is VERY friendly. Restaurant is obviously a business open for inclusion of all.

I love this place, they have everything! The owner and staff are so friendly and they have the best shrimp cocktail that I've had in Jacksonville.

The staff is always friendly, helpful and a delight to visit. The smoothies are the best I've ever had. Fruit is always fresh and they're not overly sweetened. Do yourself a favor and head on over.

I thought this was going to be a really cool and interesting place. Well I was right about interesting because it was dressed up with Spanish stuff which I don't have a problem with but it was an interesting place. They had a variety of fruit drinks to buy, ice cream, and some Mexican food. I do not think they used organic vegetables but the juice was good. We both two and it cost 14 bucks for both. Normally I would not buy it but I felt like a fruit juice. The bathrooms need some fixing up as seen in the pictures but it was fine.
