i got the ghost pepper ranch sandwich and a beef patty on the side they made me wait 34 minutes for a chicken patty in the end i have nothing on my burger but the meat i did not get my extra beef patty i was asked my order 4 times all the employees are lost they dont know what there doing and one of em had my burger in her hands for way to long how did she even forget the dressing and the condiments like really not even mayo and my foods cold ??♂️ fix this or yall will end up gone like jack n the box and churchys

8 pm on a Friday night, dining room was closed because they were "short staffed" but theY sure could take my drive through order. Do they feel the need to have an employee watch me? I could see 3 employees in the restaurant. DO BETTER!

I’ll start off by saying 1. I never write reviews and 2. The woman at the register, Ana, was very kind. But not only was my sandwich made wrong (not the end of the world), the chicken was literally GREEN. Like, I took a few bites and saw a weird spot. It was light green. At first I thought it was the lettuce. I picked that bit of the sandwich off, but found more green in the chicken. I have no idea what would cause that, super disgusting. The photos don’t really capture it, but on my mama that chicken was green. ?

The drive thru service was definitely lacking... we had to wait and wait with only one other car in line. Then we got a quick "what do you want?" And that was it. When we received our order the food was not fresh at all and the fries were way over salted. These kids now days needs to learn better customer service skills, after all we the customers ultimately pay their checks.
