Whataburger as a whole is declining rapidly. For a while now when you order a burger the patty is dry and sometimes falling apart. Tge bun is almost stale and the cheese is cold and hasn’t even begun to start melting. Unless you go at odd times like 2 in the morning then you can get a fresh cooked burger most of the time that is awesome! Another words Whataburger despite their claim of cooked when you order is no longer true. It’s obvious during peak hours the patty’s are precooked and sit around for a while.

They were very rude to me and my friends. 6 workers total doing absolutely nothing but ignoring us in the dining area. They would walk towards us to take our orders and then turn around. The lady was VERY rude when she finally did approach us. We left without ordering and she said “ I really don’t care”.

Saw the Monterey Burger on TV. Looked like something I wanted to try. So I went there for lunch and ordered the meal. The total came to a wallet-busting $16.44. I got it to go. When I got back to my desk, I unwrapped the thing and the wrapper and burger were SWIMMING in grease. The toppings were so sparse, both ends of the buns were touching. I was very disappointed with this, especially for the price. It seems that the quality at Whataburger has really gone downhill lately.
