2nd time getting food here as a group and I was missing my entire entre. Got my apple pie and drink, but no sandwich or chicken bites. My coworkers tell me this isn't the first time this has been a problem, but my food was made for me without complaint when I went back and told them what happened, so that earns an extra star on the rating for me.

Never ever complain unless its earned a complaint I have ordered several times different occasions at night at this location a double meat wbjr and not one time has it been made with double meat including tonight's order I wasn't asking for a credit I only let the manager know that it's become a trend that its never made correctly and I received a response back from the manager who became over direct and I was very kind with expressing my complaint because forbid I be labeled that complainer but the manager was only concerned of proving me to basically be a liar telling me he has to prove where its being made incorrectly ...I wasn't asking for a credit or even to remake the burger but for this crew to simply do better.

On average a fine stop for a bite, but if you're coming through late at night go somewhere else. Took 25 minutes to drive through at 3 am.
No lie, at least 6-8 minutes per car, at the window to get their food.
Kitchen reading skills subpar. They messed up our order and as we waited we watched every single order after ours get sent back. Fries were undercooked. Customer service skills a little lacking from front of house staff.
