I mean it's Wingstop and they're provided a good setup. So the food's usually at least decent, but the service is absolute garbage. Whatever time you're supposed to wait another 15 to 20 minutes for your order. Never one time doing business with this location. Has my order been on time. And now they've decided they'll just hand your order to anybody. They don't even make sure that the order belongs to the person they're handing it to. I've never seen such absent-mindedness in a location in my life. But honestly food service in the city of Jacksonville is gotten ridiculous overall, not just there but especially there. At this point I would rather just not have wings than buy wings from Wingstop in Jacksonville, Texas. They've gotten their last dollar from me tonight.

I love getting Wingstop every time it’s fresh and hot and when they do mess up on my order they’re always really quick to fix it. I appreciate getting wingstop even though I live 30 minutes away from the nearest location and even taking it home it’s still hot and fresh.

My husband and I came in to do get a pickup order of the 20 boneless wings and fries meal deal. We chose lemon pepper garlic parmesan honey barbecue amd Hawaiian flavors. Everything was good on that part except for the Hawaiian. It was extremely hot and spicy and I specifically ordered Hawaiian because I am very sensitive to spice. I took one bite of what I thought was Hawaiian. Clearly it was not because I specifically ordered that out of the mild category so I went inside and attempted asking if that's how Hawaiian was supposed to be because I thought it was a mild flavor and the cashier immediately said oh no that's Louisiana rub and then she said oh no that's hot honey barbecue and so I said well he ordered Hawaiian and she started getting upset really quickly and said that my husband did not order Hawaiian he ordered hot honey barbecue. I explained to her that he knew exactly what to order and that the ticket taped to our bag also has hot honey barbecue abbreviated but somehow a mistake was made ..not sure how or who but I did not want hot honey barbecue I wanted Hawaiian and she went on to tell me in front of five other employees that my husband was lying that he ordered hot honey barbecue and then a guy named Petro who assumingly was the manager asked me was I wanting to order more of a different flavor and I told him that I wanted them replaced with what I ordered which was Hawaiian and he's stood there contemplating it for about 4 minutes before he finally decided that he would replace them. Well during the 4 minutes all the staff that was on the cooking line come up to the front and are talking about how we made the mistake not them. One guy in particular looked really mad he kept saying I didn't make a mistake I didn't make no mistake and the cashier was saying the same thing and I told them I didn't say that you made a mistake what I'm telling you is that my husband is saying one thing and you're saying something else and naturally I'm going to side with my husband he knew what he was coming in here ordering and then Petro asked the cashier did she repeat the order back to him and she said yes three times My husband told me that that was not true. I really could not believe how big of a deal all these kids were making out of the situation. It really was an easy fix and it wouldn't have been a problem except that I feel like the cashier and that the one guy who seemed to get angrier than the rest were trying to intimidate me and the fact that the girl called my husband a liar to me is completely out of line. Needless to say we won't be coming back to your establishment I would also like to add that the french fries that came with our order we're cold and limp. I will attach a picture if That's possible.
I worked in restaurant management all of my life and I know that these type of situations are very easily fixed. Your staff including Petro who I think must have been the manager on duty were acting as if they weren't going to have to pay for this out of their own pocket. I explained to him that unless he was having to pay for it personally it should only be a comp. It was ridiculous and it was very obvious The inexperience as well as the lack of age surrounding your employees at this location. The last thing I would like you to know is that all of this aside when I went inside to tell them what was wrong I had a box that had garlic parmesan wings and what was supposed to be Hawaiian. This is how I received them. So Pedro took the entire container from me took it to the line were they fry the wings and then gave it back to me alongside the Hawaiians remake. You may want to forward this information on to them because you are violating a health code by taking anything back inside your kitchen that I have had outside your building or in my hands. I stood there and watched them remake my wings because I felt it was necessary to keep my eyes on my food because they were acting very suspicious and upset and as I said before been in

If I could give the location in Jacksonville 0 stars, I would. First of all, the staff is not professional. Everyone was leaning on the counters, drinking and eating while cooking, scrolling their phones, and talking to each other about unrelated things. Second of all, I made a to go order in store. I waited for over 45 minutes for my food, and two other families who ordered after me received their food 20+ minutes before me. Once reviving my order, I took it to my car to check and make sure everything was there. The fries were dumped in the bottom of my bag, and there was no ranch. I went inside to ask for ranch, and I got charged for it. A woman from the back walked up and said “the ranch was under the fries” which I am assuming she meant the spilled fries at the bottom of the bag. Even after waiting for my food for over 45 minutes, as well as having my food spilled in my bag they wanted to charge me $2 for ranch. Like really?? I will not be going to this location ever again.

Food was wrong waited 2 hours then was told if I cancelled it would be 10 days before it was refunded. Went in it was a bunch of kids playing around instead of working then they didn’t tell me my food was ready it just sat there u til it was cold

TERRIBLE customer service!! Took ALMOST an hour to get our food. Excuses was they are understaffed and two people are cooking. While I was speaking to a girl she turned her back and walked off. Completely disrespectful and rude staff!! Communication is the key working in place like this. HIGHLY disappointed!!!

Did not get the fries we ordered. Used door dash and opened bag an no fries. Called jacksonville store and told them and she said the manager put them in the bag and I said I did not get them. They said I was lying. Customer service sucks. They would not give me my full order or credit my account. Last tome I ever eat there.
