I have high standards for Mexican food in the Austin area so I would probably only come back to try their tamales, but I wouldn’t go for the plates/dishes since there are so many great options around. The staff is kind and helpful even though they were really busy getting out orders for the holidays.

We ordered tamales online and I arrived early for pickup, fully expecting to wait. Since I was there, my order was expedited and I still had time for breakfast. The huevos rancheros were very tasty and the serving was ample. I was offered their green sauce which was excellent.Service was very good and the atmosphere was comfortable. My carry out order of tamales was well packaged and still warm 30 minutes later when we enjoyed them. The tamales are outstanding! They provided both green and red sauces, which enhanced the flavor. The menu is available online. Well worth the visit.
