Ordered two combo meals and they were out of onions rings! Then got asked to pull out of the lane and wait. Once I received the order, the beg did not have straws for the drinks. Disappointed especially that they did not have onion rings.

My husband went in to order 2 of the new BBQ Brisket Burgers - no tomato, onion rings & drinks. He said several people that came in after him got their orders before he did. They finally handed him the order with fries. They took the fries out & put them back on the shelf. We opened the burgers & there were tomatoes & we didn't see any brisket at all. I tried to call, no answer. We started eating the burgers & when we got to the middle, there was about a teaspoon of Brisket. very disappointed! Eating out is expensive enough, but for the service & the food we received we won't be back.

4/4/25 I came in to use my coupon , order taker, management & staff were very professional. The man that came out to the dining area to clean tables asked me if everything was alright while I was trying to figure out my drink option. Very polite . Food was fresh , I got the chicken sandwhich meal and was very happy with my order today . 10/10 recommend great job management. Everybody needs a raise!

Don’t waste your TIME or your MONEY at this burger king. This particular store is absolute garbage. Hopefully there rip this place up and create dumpsters in its place. Dumpster would be more useful than this “establishment”. You don’t get what you order or pay for. And when you tell them, they send you away. Very useless individuals and management

WiFi wasn't working well at all. It would connect and disconnect often. Speed was very slow. The restaurant was okay, clean and friendly staff. Food wasn't bad either.
