I placed an order on their app and paid, the guy at the drive through window said he didn’t have an order for me and would not do anything to resolve it, even after I showed him my order confirmation. just said I can wait to see if the order “pops up on the screen” (even though it had been ordered 30 min prior) or pay again. it was a $5 order. I come here often and will not be back ever! Would recommend just making the drive to the Georgetown location.

The schedule says the lobby closes at 11pm and they close it at 10pm saying that they're not going to wait until 11pm to mop lame excuse to kick out 1 person they don't even respect they're own policy/schedule

I’ve been to many Burger King locations, but this one truly stands out for its exceptional cleanliness and customer service. The restaurant is always spotless—staff members clean tables immediately after customers leave, and the entire space feels well cared for. Every employee I’ve encountered has been polite, professional, and very put together. The manager is also incredibly kind and clearly fosters a positive, hardworking environment. You can tell the entire team takes real pride in what they do. This has become my favorite Burger King because the experience is consistently excellent.

The restaurant was recently remodeled inside. This location doesn't have all of the seasonal frozen drinks like other locations. The staff always has a smile, is accurate with the order, and is extremely fast. Use their app for great savings.
Ordered two combo meals and they were out of onions rings! Then got asked to pull out of the lane and wait. Once I received the order, the beg did not have straws for the drinks. Disappointed especially that they did not have onion rings.

My husband went in to order 2 of the new BBQ Brisket Burgers - no tomato, onion rings & drinks. He said several people that came in after him got their orders before he did. They finally handed him the order with fries. They took the fries out & put them back on the shelf. We opened the burgers & there were tomatoes & we didn't see any brisket at all. I tried to call, no answer. We started eating the burgers & when we got to the middle, there was about a teaspoon of Brisket. very disappointed! Eating out is expensive enough, but for the service & the food we received we won't be back.

4/4/25 I came in to use my coupon , order taker, management & staff were very professional. The man that came out to the dining area to clean tables asked me if everything was alright while I was trying to figure out my drink option. Very polite . Food was fresh , I got the chicken sandwhich meal and was very happy with my order today . 10/10 recommend great job management. Everybody needs a raise!
