The staff is friendly and attentive, with some employees going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Victor was more than happy to help, with his friendly personality and helpful insight on the Blizzard of the Month. My son ended up getting the Dirt Pie Blizzard, and Victor gave my son a coloring page and crayons. He was very kind and professional. This is one of the best customer service experiences at a fast food restaurant. Fantastic promotions for kids, they loved the Santa event. The food was decent. The drive-thru experience can be slow, with long wait times and limited ability to exit once you've entered. If you order chicken prepare to "pull up to the line" to wait an additional 10 mins.
