Stopped by for 2 small dipped cones this evening while driving to Austin area. The drive thru made the cones in advance and when they started to melt dipped them again. As we drove down 35 we had dripping ice cream all over ourselves and our car. The chocolate was so thick we couldn’t break it. Terrible experience to get out of the car with ice cream all over the both of us. Do better Jarrell DQ!

All we ordered was a cone and waited 15 min. People that ordered food after us got their food before qe got our dipped cone. Had to ask the sour puss worker if we could get our cone since we ordered before them. No reply, just walked away. Brought back the ice cream that was now dripping completely down the cone. It

The Jarrell’s Dairy Queen is an example of why fast food people don’t deserve 20 bucks an hour they forgot part of our order. The lady dropped my credit card while I was at the drive-through. They just hand tossed the kids hamburgers in to mess like they were angry for having to make them and smashed them all in to a bag

I order the steak basket combo and the white gravy was missing. I was never made aware until I got my order and notice it was missing. When I ask for the gravy all I got from the employee was a simple "no we are out" with an attitude. The white gravy is part of the meal not an extra item. I proceeded to eat my meal since I was hungry and my food was cold. Not busy no other orders and my food was cold. The customer satisfaction seems like is not important at this DQ. I'm never coming back to eat there is not worth my time and money.

The food was decent. They may be understaffed... drive thru always takes forever... if you order chicken prepare to "pull up to the line" to wait an additional 10 mins

This is by far the BEST DQ in the area. We have yet to be disappointed. Food is always hot and fresh, employees polite and the inside is clean.
We make the trip from Belton instead of going to Temple!

I don’t want to be too harsh here because it is just kids working here with minimal training! I went over the weekend and was a little worried on how they do service customers ….I ordered 3 tacos with onion rings, a blizzard and buster bar. She handed me the buster bar (it’s 103 outside) so I just stuck it in front of my a/c then she hands me the blizzard (half scoop of candy) still (its 103 outside) I have 2 ice creams and I’m told to pull up as I waited another 20 min I was becoming pretty upset that my 2 ice creams were melting! I went on home after getting my food ….tacos had maybe 6 pcs of lettuce and no cheese yet really full of meat (which was really good) but the tacos were so soggy I had to change them out for taco shells I had at home and put my own cheese on them ! Onion rings were great and crunchy! I had to clean up after my ice creams and put them in my freezer as they were like milk by this time! So point being ….the kids here DO NOT even realize they are doing the order backwards to hand out the window due to the weather ! They are just getting food out as soon as possible not even thinking twice about how it’s melting etc ! So GM please advise your staff to think ahead and think about what they hand out and use time management and it will work out at the same time ! I was more upset that I ate a vanilla blizzard without any flavors that I paid good money for ! They get in such a hurry here they don’t do the correct servings so pls slow down ! Would you pay for something you did not get ???? Pls train more ….the job is just as important as you make your money working there !?
