Update: I've now been to their parking lot twice. This time I went inside to order a MooLatte (the perfect blend of coffee beans and dairy cows), then chilled fashionably by the giant spoon. Definitely the best DQ in Jarrell - no cap, Kaitlin. Hi Michael. ✌️👊

There is an ice machine IN the dining room that started roaring as soon as I got my food and continued as long as I was there. It's frightening at first and then just very loud and irritating! Staff is used to it, and so they ignore it. Don't expect to be able to have a conversation with your companion or friend!

We stopped at this dairy queen few months back while traveling. We have now stopped twice since then, we make this our mid point stop if we are wanting ice cream and food. The service is great and food is always made fresh. The team is very great and are all very nice. As always, a good time at this DQ in Jarrell.

Best DQ around and they have chocolate ice cream! Kids eat free on mondays, military discount and specials all the time....my kids love the toys in the kids meals- great service!

This DQ has been pretty consistent with food quality and order accuracy. Unfortunately today wasn’t one of those days.. mistakes happen and it’s expected to flub an order here and there, however, we ordered a chicken sandwich and a kids meal. We had to pull forward to wait for the food. When the employee brought our food she said “here’s the chicken sandwich combo”, but there was no chicken sandwich. It was a burger and someone else’s order. And the other half of our order was missing.
Had to go inside to remedy the situation. When we got everything straightened out, the chicken sandwich was so wet and soggy I ended up eating just the grilled chicken patty off the sandwich.
All in all, not a wonderful experience, except for the employee who helped to resolve the order mishap.
Stopped to get a ice cream…waited on as soon as I walked in…waited 12 minutes for a vanilla cone. Plenty of people working…apparently the dude working the counter cannot walk two steps and fill a cone, turns out waiting for an employee to return from restroom to do my cone.

Visited today at 7:20 PM got a chicken basket that was completely cold sitting under a heat lamp for a while asked them if they could remake it and was told yes only to my surprise that they were just gonna throw it in the fryer and reheat it so then I went to get a manager and told her that’s not acceptable that I wanted fresh ones to be cooked And on top of that the women’s restroom was a cesspool with people complaining about it whoever is in control of this, Dairy Queen really needs to come in and clean house will never be back to this location.
