I’m honestly really disappointed. My husband ordered Domino’s for my family while we were watching the Canelo vs. Crawford fight, and the portions were shockingly small. The medium pizza looked more like a small, and this hasn’t just happened once — the last few times we’ve ordered, it’s felt the same way.
The wings were even worse. Not only was the portion tiny, but the flavor was bland and unappealing. For the price we paid, the quality and serving sizes just didn’t feel worth it.
Domino’s used to be one of our go-to spots, but lately it feels like we’re paying more and getting less. At this point, we’d rather order from a different Domino’s location or another restaurant entirely, since clearly some places understand portion sizes better than this one.

Order food for my family. Took a long time which I understand as it’s the weekend. But the order arrived and we opened it up to find that they made it wrong. Added mushrooms when I did not order. I called them to express frustration as I am highly allergic to it. To be met with a store person who said that all they can do is refund or put store credit, when I asked for a remake he said they ran out of ingredients. Then when I expressed my allergies he had no remorse, and said to me when I asked what should I eat he said I don’t know. The only saving grace of the night is the amazing manager Willie. Who took full responsibility and apologized for the employee dismissal of the situation, personally taking care to make sure we got a new order. Will be cautious next time around

I like the Jarrell Dominos pizza. They are usually pretty helpful and responsive to walk-in customers. They prep the food in a timely manner and have decent customer service skills. The food comes to me fresh as well. I appreciate that they rarely get my order wrong.

Ordered a large pizza for curbside this evening. I arrived at the time quoted and still waited another twenty minutes. The pizza that was brought out was made wrong and had toppings that I didn’t order. They remade the pizza and the second one had missing toppings. The only good thing tonight was the sincere apology from the young man who was running the pizzas out to the curbside.

The last two visits have been awful. The first visit we listed as a delivery and over an hour later we had no pizza. They told us it was for carry out. We proved that it was suppose to be delivery and everything. The second one we ordered again and it has taken over an hour to get the pizza delivered

I decided to order from dominos for a birthday party and placed an order for carry out almost 3 hours early. They said it would be ready at 6:45. I arrived at 6:45 and they told me it would be 10 more minutes, I came back after 10 minutes and it wasn’t ready until 7:35!!! Almost an hour later than what they said. They showed no remorse whatsoever about the fact that they took that long to get out my order. There was multiple people who received their order before me even though they ordered later than I did!

Placed order at 6:10 didn’t receive pizza until 6:50. Waiting in the lobby and listened to the manager along with employees use foul language in front of customers and young kids. Calling each other tweekers and acting like adolescent kids. Staff standing around because obviously they haven’t been trained to do their jobs. This is really a disappointment of a local restaurant. The only plus was my pizza was hot since I was there when it was taken out of the oven but they failed to cut the pizzas. Hope service gets better at this location.

Put in an order at 6:38, at 7:41 and webiste stated 31 mins. We called to find out how long it would be. Guy who answered said it wasnt even made yet, that the jarrell football team had some even going on and all orders were being pushed another hour. We even offered to come there to pick up and he said it would still be another hour. So you pushed ours and others peoples order for a catering size order you shouldve either declined due to time frame, or at the very least let people know the acutal time so we can plan accordingly. Cool. Last time we ever order with dominoes.

I’ve been going to this location weekly for the past year since moving to Jarrell and have had great quality in food until the past few orders. Lately toppings seem to be lacking and the pizza ordered a couple days ago wasn’t even fully cooked or sliced!

I've ordered twice now asking for the pie cut. Not once have they done it right. I tried to do the review on the order and it doesn't allow you to complete it correctly. I tried to call to get someone to explain why orders are not being read and if the order doesn't say it, fix your web ordering because I have the receipt showing what I ordered which did not come to me correctly. Therefore, the only way to get your attention is to give you a 1 star and hope you read this.
This Domino's has never let me down, they are incredibly fast and efficient. The delivery drivers are always polite and quick. Make sure to tip them well:)

Very little sauce and toppings just an overall poor quality pizza everytime. Won’t be returning you’ll be better off getting a frozen pizza and cooking it yourself. (Medium pan pepperoni and Italian sausage)
