I've ordered twice now asking for the pie cut. Not once have they done it right. I tried to do the review on the order and it doesn't allow you to complete it correctly. I tried to call to get someone to explain why orders are not being read and if the order doesn't say it, fix your web ordering because I have the receipt showing what I ordered which did not come to me correctly. Therefore, the only way to get your attention is to give you a 1 star and hope you read this.

Very little sauce and toppings just an overall poor quality pizza everytime. Won’t be returning you’ll be better off getting a frozen pizza and cooking it yourself. (Medium pan pepperoni and Italian sausage)

As a long-time fan of Domino’s, I've always appreciated the convenience and variety they offer. It’s my go-to pizza place for myself and my son, and we often look forward to our Friday night pizza ritual. However, our recent experience took quite a turn, and I felt compelled to share it.
I placed our order around 5:50 PM on a Friday evening, excited about our usual: the coupon deal with a large pizza, bread bites, and a 2-liter soda. Anticipating a fun evening, we tracked our delivery and received our order nearly an hour later, between 6:40 and 6:55 PM. Unfortunately, that’s where things started to go awry.
Upon opening the bread bites—a special treat my son had been eagerly waiting for—we found boneless wings instead. This was our first disappointment, as wings were certainly not what we wanted. My son was particularly looking forward to the bread bites, which added to his dismay when he discovered the mix-up.
To make matters worse, the large pizza was also incorrect. It came topped with black olives, a topping my son can't stand. It broke my heart to see him cry over his meal. Though pizza can sometimes be a hit or miss depending on toppings, this was a major oversight.
I decided to call the Domino’s location to report the mistakes. Thankfully, the manager was understanding and promptly offered to remake the pizza and deliver it to us again. I truly appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to rectify the situation, especially since I don’t have a car at the moment and was relying on delivery.
However, when the second order arrived, we faced yet another issue. While the bread bites were left untouched and my son enjoyed them, the pizza was still not to our liking. It was disappointing to have both attempts result in unappetizing outcomes for my child.
In summary, I love Domino’s for many reasons, and I appreciate their efforts to resolve the order mix-up. Sadly, this experience felt more frustrating than fulfilling. While my son adored the bread bites, the two incorrect pizzas overshadowed the evening's enjoyment. I hope that next time we'll get everything right, as I believe in giving them another chance, especially since they stand by their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Serious Issues. This store ownership has issues, greedy and unusual policies. Not only did ownership remove all the best coupons from this location but there is a minimum amount of $18 for delivery orders. Taking advantage of being the only Dominos for now in a smaller town. Pies are decent and staff is friendly. If you have to use, pick up recommended for affordable price. I travel a lot and love Dominos all over the country but this place is not satisfactory.
Wow! Do NOT order here if you like the garlic Parmesan sauce. This location charges $2 more just to CHOOSE a different sauce!! No warning whatsoever until I was checking out. My son was going by this one on his way to Belton. I would’ve ordered from the Belton store if I’d known Jarrell charges extra for my favorite sauce!

The food is exactly what you expect from Dominos, and it always arrives in a timely manner. However, I was very impressed by the teenager who delivered my food tonight! He forgot my drink, waited around until I opened the door to apologize and let me know, and then drove BACK to Dominos and then BACK to my house to drop off my cherry coke.
I had honestly written it off - I got it via points and that was a stupid amount of bother for a drink, so I was very pleasantly shocked that he would do that for me! It was just a coke, but I had a bummer weekend and it was a little treat to myself, so it really meant a lot! Thank you! I tried calling to let your manager know how awesome that was of you, but I didn't get through.

Well apparently after having tried using this in the past, and waiting for my food, the manager decided that i am "outside of there delivery range now" despite having ordered form here before and literally living 7 miles away. If you want anything approaching reliable service or correct orders this is NOT the store to order from. As they manager seems to be willing to cancel your order at their whim. Order anywhere else this isn't worth your time, since you can't even garante getting your food.

i had put my order for delivery and i had a missing drink i asked the driver and he had said give him a sec and he would bring it , and sure enough he did. I just really appreciate that so much because he was so nice about it and just really understanding i couldn’t thank him enough!
Second visiting this location and I’ve never seen a pizza place that can’t make a pepperoni pizza. It’s as if the pizza was already made and had been sitting. It was cold and only 7 minutes away the pizza is hard by the time you get in to eat it. But my specialty pizza was great. I wonder why? Because you have to make that one fresh. Also the online price show one thing and they still charge you way more than what the coupons say. I gave it two try’s, u won’t be back
