Worst experience ever! I've been sone some in troubles neighborhoods that did 10x better than this. Ordered my food 2 min after my friend and took twice as long. Not only that but they gave him very large tenders and even 1 extra (7) I get my exact same order with the smallest tenders I've ever seen here and I can't belive they counted 1 of them as a tender. They ignored me coming in, and took a while to even get my order. It looks like they made quite a dew people wait because they messed up on their orders as well. Another guy was very upset that cam inside from the drive through. You need quality control and better management. The manager acted busy but in reality, she was going over the same list of names for 20 min. Its a page long for christ sake. Pretty much looked like nobody was running the team. If youre a district manager, I would do more surprise visits WITHOUT letting them know. See for yourself.

We stopped for lunch. It is a pretty popular place with construction and utility workers (trucks in parking lot) The food was okay as expected.

Ordered a mobile order- Coleslaw was old, gravy missing as well as a drink missing. This is the 2nd time I've gotten old coleslaw from this location. Very disappointing. Paid for a meal, but can't eat some of it. Waste of money and still need to get dinner.
