Ordered a mobile order- Coleslaw was old, gravy missing as well as a drink missing. This is the 2nd time I've gotten old coleslaw from this location. Very disappointing. Paid for a meal, but can't eat some of it. Waste of money and still need to get dinner.

We arrived just before they were about to close. They have started cleaning and chairs were on the tables. Usually most places will turn you away but not this location. The manager Imelda saw that my daughters really wanted to have a late night snack and she accommodated us, gave us our order and invited us to sit in the booth although we were ready to eat in the car since they were closing. After finishing our food, she came back and gave my 2 daughters 2 brownies, refilled their drinks and we left. The entire drive home my daughters were talking about how nice Ms. Imelda was and how delicious the chicken tenders were. I can see this manager growing in the company and becoming a role model to all employees under her supervision

The last couple of times I had tenders, it was either cold or warm. They will remake your food if you tell them, but should never be served cold.
This is our favorite place for some good fresh tea and of course we like the chicken but honestly our favorite is the catfish and shrimp. They do a pretty good job at cooking the catfish just the right amount so its done but not overcooked and dried out. The chicken salad sandwiches are always a win as well.

Went through the drive thru, paid for my order and then was told to park out front and they would bring it out to me. After waiting 15 minutes I went inside to ask about my order and no one believed I ordered anything even when I presented the receipt. Y’all can keep the money, I ain’t never comin back.
