(9:30) 9/12/25) I ordered 13-cookies and wanted them fresh the first time and they was not fresh at all, I can tell because I work at McDonald’s myself, at another location, so I came back to get it done right and all I heard was complaining, so when I finally got the “new batch” they were hard and matted together !! I can tell all they did was put the old cookies in the microwave to reheat them. I couldn’t even eat them and I was not finna waste my money so I went back AGAIN and got my refund. THEY NEED TO DO BETTER ! The coworkers didn’t seem to care and the manager on shift didn’t seem to care either. AT ALL !

Ordering in the kiosks is more complicated than it needs to be. Restrooms needed attention. Food was good as expected and quick.

Probably one of the most poorly ran McDonald's i know... it can never keep up with the demand and on top of that half the orders are incorrect. Everything's automated so human interaction is poor and this isb100% no longer a family place just a flate out business.

It's McDonald's. Some genius at corporate decided to change the menu board. You now can see five combos... Perfect for anyone who wants those five combos. If not, just shout randomly at the speaker...they might figure it out
We've lived in Jarrell a few years, and it's a very rare occasion that my order has been wrong. The people that work here, including the kids, are usually friendly and helpful even after dealing with grumpy morning people or just grumpiness from customers in general. The team at Jarrell are awesome!

Man we went through the drive thru at 1058pm and the girl on the speaker said they were closed... on Saturdays yall ain't supposed to be closed till 12am!! Why yall be closing so early all the time??
