For a place commonly criticized for their health issues and food quality, I rarely experience any issues with this McDonalds. Every time I go here, my food that I order is always up to par and what I am looking for. I have had some order issues but they weren’t major to where I was missing the main thing - it’s usually a straw and the little things. Overall, this location is great and well managed. Staff are friendly and not stuck up and rude.
I've been going here since I've moved to Jarrell in 2019, and I must say I have never had a bad experience and all of my orders were always correct, fresh and properly made. The customer service I receive is usually nice too.
First impression wasn't the greatest. Ordered just 1 steak egg and cheese Bagel through the app. After receiving my order through the very busy drive through. I pull out the parking lot and realize I had a MCGRIDDLE INSTEAD!. Furious because I was really looking foward to eating this bagel... I go back to the store. Walk inside let them know calmly. They give me a new bag with a fresh Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel and another hash brown. When I tell you this had to be the best...
