We've lived in Jarrell a few years, and it's a very rare occasion that my order has been wrong. The people that work here, including the kids, are usually friendly and helpful even after dealing with grumpy morning people or just grumpiness from customers in general. The team at Jarrell are awesome!
For a place commonly criticized for their health issues and food quality, I rarely experience any issues with this McDonalds. Every time I go here, my food that I order is always up to par and what I am looking for. I have had some order issues but they weren’t major to where I was missing the main thing - it’s usually a straw and the little things. Overall, this location is great and well managed. Staff are friendly and not stuck up and rude.
I've been going here since I've moved to Jarrell in 2019, and I must say I have never had a bad experience and all of my orders were always correct, fresh and properly made. The customer service I receive is usually nice too.
