Not very clean, slow bad service, and after a ridiculously long wait, which included their taking new orders and passing them out to customers who came in AFTER me, I was finally handed an “ice cream” shake that had mostly melted and awful. Never going back. In the small sitting area to the left of where you order, I had a direct view of a bathroom door that stood open to a small eating space the entire time I was there standing and waiting for my shake. Not a pleasant or “appetizing” place to sit and “enjoy” substandard “ice cream” before it melts—because guess what?—IT WAS ACTUALLY SERVED MELTED by the time it is handed to you! I guess Jarrell raves about this place because it’s the only ice cream shop in town? Or maybe it’s just the ambiance of getting to eat “ice cream” in clear view of a toilet?

I always come here with my family, and i know all the lovely ladies that work there but today there was this girl that was just super rude. she was slamming everything and just giving a lot of attitude.i never complain but i had to about her she was just AWFUL. she said her name was “leslie”

There was really awful customer service I asked for a little extra pecans with my fresa con crema the worker said yes but made a face toward me the price of mangonada says 7 she charged me 8 for my mangonada very unprofessional

Such a cute small shop! The lady was really sweet, kinda shy but nice nonetheless. And omg the mangonadas were fantastic! I got a couple paletas to take home to my daughter and they were all just so good! We'll definitely be going back more often!
