Considering there was only one person managing the entire operation, everything was fantastic. Props to her! Her name was leah/leigh. Anyhow, given the current shortage of people that aren't working. This lady put in well 400% to make up for the other people that didn't show up. This lady should be running the whole show. They weren't doing deliveries, so I had to pickup my order, but that wasn't the ladys fault. But my hat goes off to you. If you needed to order from this location, today was the day. I would call ahead and make sure shes working, because the product made was top notch! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ordered two pizzas and one was made totally wrong. Called and said they can replace my pizza because giving my money back is “too complicated “. Please. I left with just one pizza that night, which was cold might I addAnyway I call about a week later for my remake and they say “we are really busy right now” as if I am not a paying customer who wants the pizza I ordered. Guy over the phone proceeds to say well I’ll give you a call back in 10-15 minutes for an update. Update what? Put my pizza on the list or give my money back.Horrible customer service. I would recommend DOMINOS down the road

If this was the 1st Papa John’s I’d come across, I’d never go back. I don’t know what it is about this location, but we always have problems. They are never professional, they can never make deliveies, and if we do ever get food from here, it is not the “normal” Papa John’s standards I’ve gotten from every other location. Pizzas look like they were made in the dark, sizes are never the same, and the food is honestly inedible sometimes. There is only a handful of places to eat around the area, but I would recommend anything else but this location.

Best pizza place in Jarrell. After having a bad experience with the other place with baked in hair into my pizza on the second slice and actually getting ill from the first and only slice. I decided to try Papa Johns. The epic stuffed crust is amazing! Less expensive, and bigger. I am now addicted to the epic stuffed crust lol. The people that work there are the kindest too. They are always so nice and I really appreciate that so much.

We ordered the pappadillas and they were delicious!The girl that answered the phone was super friendly and because I was not looking at a menu, she was very good at giving me my options. The guy that delivered was also super friendly! Great customer service and great food!

Hubby used app it said pizza was ready hubby went in saw the guy take the pizza out. The guy told my hubby I'll be right with yuh. The guy let the pizza sit 20 minutes so it was cold when he went to give it to hubby.No line place wasn't swamped with people.Hubby said he wasn't going to except a cold pizza asked for a refund. Guy said they wouldn't do it said call corporate so hubby did they said he has to get the refund from the local business. So no refund my husband is a Trucker. We'll never buy from Papa John's after this. Cold pizza horrible. People there horrible.

This store never gets our order right. Ever. We pay for items that are not delivered. This is theft. We order pizza and cheesesticks that are supposed to come with Marinara, even paid for an extra one, paid for extra pepperoncinis, and didn't get any of them. We asked the delivery person point blank, are they in the boxes. He lied to our face and said yes and drove off. We called to complain and person at store said it would be 30 minutes to have it delivered. That is nonsense. I went up to the store to get them in person due to the lack of customer service. The person working hands me cold marinara cups. Seriously? So am I supposed to wait thirty minutes for pizza to get cold and then to get cold marinara sauce? THIS HAPPENS EVERY TIME WE ORDER. I am absolutely sick of ordering from this location. Not ordering from here again.

Hi.I would like management to know that the video circling facebook of your employee getting into an argument with a woman named Shelby Spilman should not be taken seriously or grounds for any corrective behavior towards your employees.Many people are unaware of how stressful the food service is & how unexpected circumstances effect jobs. I can clearly see in the video that yall had piles of orders & she had no right to demand where her order was after only waiting an hour. This is the act of an oblivious child & frankly I would have told her to F*** O** too.I'd definitely like to hear back about this.Sincerely a disappointed family member.

Unfortunately the dough was raw, and kind of sweet The guys inside didn’t open the door for anyone carrying their orders out the door but Came out concerned about his car when I was pulling out. Not a great impression!

Bad service never answer phone when they do put you on hold for more than 15 min or you have to call back , pizzas for pick up always cold plus they used old ingredients and small amounts, employees never wear face mask ? really poor service
